«Air conditioner was broken in the first two rooms I tried. The building is really run-down. Stains on all the walls, elevator button plates falling off the wall, shower curtain missing connections, caulking around the tub was split. It just seemed like a dirty location. I won’t stay there again.»

«I loved everything about this place and hope to return. I did not have breakfast here, bc that's not an important ammenity for me. But every other thing i want in a hotel is here. Clean, dark windows, quiet, great layout, smelled good, great staff, great shower, amazing bed wth perfect pillows. Little bar for a night cap. Well lit large free parking lot. Fitness area. Fluffy towels. Late check out. Perfect. Thank you for the excellent service. »

«This is a very nice hotel overall. Very nice rooms, my only complaint is the way the bathroom is set up. We had a queen suite and were traveling with myself, my husband and mother in law. The bathroom is directly in front of the beds with a sliding door with glass, no lock. It has 2 seperate parts. One with bathtub and sink other with camoude and sink. I just wasn't a huge fan of this set up. Would prefer a bathroom with more privacy. Other than that hotel was very nice.»

«This hotel has awful customer service. We booked this hotel for a concert that was happening in Columbus since we were not from here. When we arrived at check in time, 4pm, we were told that our room was not ready and that they would call us when it was. When we tried to check in on the status an hour later at 5pm we were told that the room would not be ready until after we would need to leave for the concert. «Make sure you book here if you want your room to be canceled an hour before check in. We booked a room with this hotel almost 2 months ago for the Luke combs concert, one of their incredibly rude staff members who only talked over us the whole time, called AN HOUR BEFORE CHECK IN- to cancel our room. They proceeded to tell us it’s not their fault that their rooms were overbooked and didn’t accommodate us and hung up on me MID SENTENCE!!!! Were hours away from home and now have nowhere to stay ...

«We came for concert at the Shoe only 25 minute walk, nice to have several restaurants within walking distance, great room only bad thing was floor looked clean but feet ended up filthy just needs mopped. Loved the steamer, blow dryer and refrigerator worked amazing beds were very comfortable. »
