«the hotel is as tho stepping back into time-- retro looks and smell of the past, and was okay with that! it was clean and very nice staff! the place was so busy and active. the only downfall was that there were 3 elevators but only one was working. for that large of a place-6 floors and many rooms and people, it would've been better had all three been working. we would stay again.»

«Our next trip to Columbus we will definitely stay at the Hollywood Casino Hotel again. Ultra modern, clean, beautifully furnished rooms. The hotel of course was built connected to the casino which also provides on site access to their wonderful, fairly priced restaurants !! Can’t wait to go back!!»

«Good breakfast, nice staff, big Room. Loved the inkluder dinner, very good and kid friendly. Not very much around the hotel area»

«BLACK MOLD...We stayed at Hyatt House in Columbus, OH for 1 night in October 2026, and I wish I could get those nights back. The first thing we noticed in the bathroom wasn’t the towels or the toiletries. It was black mold creeping along the shower grout. This wasn’t a speck someone missed. It had clearly been growing for a while, which tells you everything about how often that room actually gets cleaned. A bathroom is the one place in a hotel room you should be able to trust. «The only “issue” I had with our room was the bathroom setup. The shower & toilet were separate from the sink, but to close the door you basically had to stand in the shower. It was extremely tight. And there was no exhaust fan. Just poor layout. If you’re a larger person you’re going to struggle maneuvering around.»

«We stayed in a king room on the 12th floor and this property could use some attention. There were stains on the carpet, our ceiling had leaked at some point and had a really bad patch job done and pieces from the ceiling were coming off. The frame around our closet door was broken and part of the mirror frame in the bathroom was broken. We decided to swim in the pool and the pool was warm, which we enjoyed, but there was a ton of hair and debris around the handicap chair lift. This can be seen ...

«It was a great place to stay if you’re going to do business or lost lands festival!»

«No hot water, the room was not clean at all, drawers that wouldn't close on TV stand so they stayed pulled out, left with only 2 1/2 rools of toilet paper when we checked in, AC only worked in one room so one room was freezing while the other was so hot. Beds and couch extremely uncomfortable andno staff to be found when it was time to check out. We definitely not return.»

«The bar/restaurant is open for food later than most and there was plenty of security in the parking lot all night. With all the theft I was warned about, especially during Quarter Horse Congress, I was really grateful for that.»
