«The window on our ground floor room could not be closed or locked. Not at all secure. Having said that, we didn't have any problems due to this. Had a few issues getting the door to unlock with the phone app. Took over 5 minutes to get into our room on several occasions. Key or card would be much less hassle.»

«The room is excellent, spacious and clean. It’s a digital hotel so it takes a bit of getting used to. You must read the instructions and download the app. Getting in and out the room was tricky using your phone. »

«The premises were underwhelming. It was neat enough and clean enough, but the little things that make it welcoming were missing. For example, an information booklet on how to use appliances would be helpful. A welcome printout on the area would be appreciated. The kitchen could have been better presented, the fridge could have been cleaner, the crumbs in the toaster could have been emptied. There certainly were enough dishes, glassware and cutlery but no placemats, paper serviettes, or cotton ...

«Beautiful charming property and hosts ( including Bonnie the dog) Room has all required amenities but the bonus is the back yard with a gorgeous garden and pool/spa. Cooked breakfast was just right and served with friendly conversation by the host Sue. We could go back any season of the year and feel warmly invited. »

«The property is ideally situated but the lack of block out curtains made the room hard to sleep as lighting from outside was coming straight into the apartment. Car park was in back corner and very difficult to park in due to bike rack and Ballard for bike area. Would not say it was all bad but doubt I’d stay there again due to the above »
