«From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. »

«Check-in was extremely difficult at this property. I had called in advance to inform them that I would be a late check-in and got told that it was ok and hung up on. When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back. The floor in the room was sticky and there were cockroaches. The bathroom was so tiny that it was hard to be inside and close the door. There was mould around the sink and the ...

«Stay away from the “budget” rooms. You wont find any pictures of them, and for good reason. They are disgusting and depressing. Imagine a particularly horrible prison cell reserved for the worst kind of prisoner, and you wont be far off. Austere, dark and cramped. From the outside they look like the toilet block, and from the inside you'd wish you were staying in one instead. We had to leave immediately upon entering and couldn't get a refund. But it was worth paying to NOT stay there.»

«Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. »

«Dette var en hytte på en campingplass. Nær strand og sentrum. Kun en wifitilgang pr. Hytte, noe som var et minus. Resepsjonen stengte kl.18 og det var vel tidlig synes vi, måtte ringe og avtale innsjekking.»
