«This place was nasty it had a damp smell probably smoke. I could tell immediately that the sheets weren't fresh I pulled them back & too many hair was in the bed & a few on pillows not to mention the bathroom hairs stuck on the wall & the shower was dirty. Thank God I travel with disposable sheets & lysol, dettol & bleach. I wipe the floors with a rag & it was filthy dirty & lots of hair. Of course I forgot to take pictures it was late. «Pros: Modern, bright and clean room. Very comfy bed. Friendly staff. Very close to subway station. I liked it. Cons: On-site restaurant music is very loud, even in the room, but it does stop just after 10 pm. A few tv channels didn't work (ESPN for example). Some might find the rooms small, I had no issues with that though.»

«I felt the stay was good for the price. However, in the middle of the night, loud music from nearby rooms and the smell of tobacco smoke drifted into my room and bathroom, so I had to open the windows. I reported it to the front desk, and they were very accommodating — they refreshed my floor and room right away. The staff was helpful overall and took good care of me, especially since I was visiting from out of state. The staff was really helpful and made me feel taken care of!!!!!»

«At check in a young fellow was very polite and helpful. Room was clean as you walk in but the rug and the sofa in the suite was stinking bad. The smell was very unbearable. At check out there was a young lady not polite with glasses seem to be on a personal call. I told I was checking out she just lift out her arm insinuating to just leave the card there no good morning or anything just w a face on the phone. Disappointing.»
