The rooms are nice on the 3rd floor. 1st&2nd - the sand dune is in your face. 4th floor outdoor deck is good for stargazing. The pool area is beautifully decorated. The problems - ants in the bathroom and the carpet, no microwave, no iron and the balconies are claustrophic.

Henlopen Oceanfront Hotel
Everything was exceptional. The room, staff, cleanliness. Perfect beach experience. Highly recommend.

Fenwick Inn
I love that they have complementary breakfast, but the pancake stove should be changed to the waffle irons. The overall is nice I stay there every year for the car cruise season.
