«Amazing hostel - by far the best one I've been to in London. Stayed in a female dorm. The room was big and a nice ensuite bathroom. Nice linen, big lockers and good beds. Good and cheap breakfast, cool bar with lots og events, and friendly staff ! Perfect if you travel alone, since it's a good place to make new friends. «Arrived at the reception. No welcome, not a hello..nothing. I asked a question, and instead of answering the receptionist (female) tells me: I need your passport please. Answer my question fool. The other guy at the reception was total different mood, and very helpful. However, first impression and welcome is very important and at this they failed immensely. The chill area is awful, what about investing in new sofas? The lockers in our room stank very bad, leave your bag outside. And the roof ...

«I stayed for 6 nights in the pods, which gave a decent sense of privacy. It was absolutely necessary to have the fans on, and they are quite loud, so do bring something to cancel out the noise.
After reading other reviews on here, I was happy to find that the showers were cleaned daily (around 2pm I think, if you want to adjust your timing for cleanliness).
It seems unnecessary to close down the common areas during nighttime. When sharing rooms with more than ten people, it would be nice to ...

«Lot's of staff who are in and out. Mostly voluntery pepole who needs a new chance in life or come from a different country, most of the staff and voluntery staff are great, someone i wondring why they voluntery there... because they get free accomondation and free food.. Very good breakfast and free dinner if you are early to sign you up. Bathroom it's very dirty and overflows with water. Many times att WC urin is everywhere. »
