«Stayed at Hidden Paradise 2 nights at the end of our trip. Home as described. Easy check in/responsive host. Even had sleeper sofa that was comfy. Beautiful backyard area with pool/fruit trees/numerous lounge areas/dining table/nice grill.»

«We had a most amazing time at gem of a place. We loved company of Mrs Marisel and Anyara. We had breakfast with them everyday. Josh took us for a night frog tour and had amazing knowledge. It was amazing hard work and love he put together in the property. You need a car to get to this place but its worth a try. There is a beautiful private forest behind the house where there are several birds who come during the morning (including at least three tocans), there are also atleast one or two sloths ...

«The accommodations were clean and modern. We wished that we had a closet in the rooms to hang our clothing, but overall it was very nice. Check in and communication with the host was difficult. This could easily be resolved if he used WhatsApp for communication. We had eSim cards in our phones, but they were only usable for small amounts of data, not for calls. «The host was great, the view of the Arenal Volcano was magnificent, the secluded pool was luxurious, the clean rooms were comfortable, and the location was ideal for our stay. Being in the middle of town the only drawback was traffic noise in the middle of the night (unavoidable). Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.»

«We were immersed into the neighborhood or the local La fortuna residences and close to the town and tour activities. We stayed with our 2 daughters, 10 and 12, while there is no AC, it cools off enough in the evening to be perfectly comfortable. There is a small market near by for basics. The yard is beautifully kept and Zuelema is very communicative when gardeners came to work. There is a river near by that we got to meet some of the locals and play in the water away from the tourist areas. ...

«My wife and I stayed at this cabin during our trip to La Fortuna and had a blast. So much wildlife right outside and the view of the volcano is truly breathtaking. Very well located and we were able to easily access all of the things we planned to do and see in the area. We stayed in Tamarindo afterwards and all we wanted to do was go back to De’Angelo’s cabin! It is a TRUE Costa Rican experience. We loved our stay.»
