«The area around the hotel is somewhat questionable especially late at night, but very adjacent the subway. But the hotel is okay. The bathrooms need a little bit of make-over though. However, this is very typical for a two-or three-star hotel.»

«Good breakfast, nice rooms, spacious and clean. Easy metro to city. I’ve read reviews that the hotel is in a bar part of Queens, but haven’t thought it would be this bad. Also there is nothing in the area, you have to travel to other parts of Lic or NYC to eat at a restaurant »

«It smells a lot like weed. Noisy. You can hear when everyone is going in and out of their hotel rooom. A lot of people slamming the doors. Only positive is the sky bar. You can here the elevator going up and down, opening door and a noisy alarm. »

«My 3-night stay was good; the hotel was renovated and felt safe! There was a lot of noise from the guests in the rooms, as you could hear everything, but I understand that the hotel isn't to blame for that.»
