Punta Secca - Palmento-stranden

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always willing to help. They truly deserve special recognition for their hospitality, as they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel itself was clean, well maintained, and offered beautiful views, which we really enjoyed. On the downside, the hotel is located right next to a busy main road and a bus stop. There was quite a lot of noise from scooters, cars, buses, and traffic, especially during the day. If you are a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind. The location is also slightly outside the main tourist area, so it takes a bit of walking to reach most restaurants and the city center. It wasn’t a major problem for us, but it’s worth mentioning for future guests. The only aspect we didn’t fully enjoy was the breakfast system. We understand and appreciate the hotel’s intention to reduce food waste and operate in a more sustainable way. However, having to fill out an order form every day, decide in advance exactly what each person would eat, how much they would have, and choose a specific breakfast time made the experience feel less relaxing. In practice, breakfast often took much longer than expected because dishes were served in several rounds rather than all at once. There were also small mistakes almost every morning, with some items missing or incorrect. We think the idea itself is good, but the process could be better organized to make it smoothe

Nice looking and well kept place. Room was nice although a bit disconnected with two floors. The staff was very nice. Great to have the possibility to rent bikes at is quite remote. The facilities were frankly dissapointing for being one of the most well regarded hotels around the area. Sterile outdoor area and a lot of empty space which made the experience somewhat uncanny. We booked with spa entrance which we regret, the outdoor pool would have been sufficient. The saunas are either chilly or very dry, so the sauna experience was not up to the expectations. The cold bath was a small tube where immersing your head was not possible. Fine except for the fact that it was in the main room with bubble pool and connections between each facility as tjhe compressor was running continuously making the whole area noisy. Not very relaxing. Although a very nice place, it was not worth the price.
