«it was in a very centralized location, everything within walking distance. easy to get to, the private gated parking next door was also an awesome addition other than there were a few days it was packed so i’m not sure who all has access as we had to find different parking for a few hours. the unit had a private gated patio and also a lock on our door. the back patio was a mess and kinda run down, we did not use it during our stay. our unit was not cleaned. trash left under the bed from previous ...

«The location was terrific. A less-than-45 minute walk to the center of San Juan, a 10-minute walk to the beach (2 blocks, really). We were a group of 5, unattached to one another, and we each had a bedroom and bathroom either en suite or several steps from the bedrooms. Could not have been more convenient for our group. Mayra was cordial and filled with information. And she kept in touch throughout. We have two friends who have a condo in Isla Verde, and we all spent a lot of time in both ...
