«Beautiful apartment. Small quiet development. The pool is lovely. Its a 5 minute walk to the strip. The apartment has everything you need, although no aircon, but not needed in February for my stay! There is a portable fan if needed. I would definitely stay here again»

«The apartment is very central. Interior looks very new, stylish. Parking might be a headache, as there is in front of the apartment a large Spa/Tennis court that absorbs some visitors by car. I recommend to park the car no later than 9 am to find easily a parking lot.»

«We had a fantastic stay at La Lujancita. The house is in a great location in a peaceful residential area that is also only a short walk to the seafront promenade and beach with all the shops, restaurants and bars. The house was perfect for us, we have already booked and looking forward to our next stay. «Family of four holiday. Location was a little out of town but easy access to buses and taxis was round corner. Access to local beach at the end of road and good for going walks. The villa was lovely, had all you needed for stay and more. Good communication if required any help. Overall happy with villa, was comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you»

«We stayed here for four weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The villa is spacious enough for a long stay and is down a quiet cul de sac. It has a large outside area for sun bathing and dining. It is up a steep hill from the harbour but manageable. Nice restaurants close by are Antonio’s, Bamba and La Chalana. Only issue we had was there were no English channels on the TV we could find. «Just returned back home after staying for a week. Have to say after traveling to Lanzarote 6 times in the past 7yrs and staying in different apartments/villas this has to be the best one yet. Communication with Dean was a pleasure nothing was to much trouble. Had a problem with the water on the second day but this was dealt with in no time. The villa was very clean and was in a quiet residential area. Liked the villa so much I have booked it again next year. Would definitely recommend»

«The property is just as described in the listing, easy to contact Julia and really friendly neighbours!! A really lovely community. Great to have the dishwasher and washing machine too 👍 Only things to make our stay better would be a second set of keys and later checkout - some confusion between the listing and information received after booking. «Really nice pool. Awesome bbq. Only 5 mins walk from centre of Puerto Del Carmen bars, restaurants, shops, etc. I would personally call it a 4 bed, as one of the bedrooms is essentially a very large landing, overlooking the living room with fence so people in living room can't see you unless youre standing up. Technically it is 5. But one room is not private. Really nice owner. Treated very well.»

«Honestly this was thee best holiday accommodation I have ever stayed in. Absolutely perfect in every way, aircon in every bedroom was a massive bonus, pool was so big for a villa and great levels for my kids, view was beautiful from upstairs living area. «This is without doubt the best property we have stayed in over 20 years of visiting Lanzarote. Firstly - it’s an incredible location, 3 minutes from beach and the bars, restaurants and good quality shops.
