A Haven for Solo or two Travelers and Backpackers:

Ideal for solo travelers and backpackers seeking a unique and affordable accommodation , the motorhome provides a comfortable and private space to unwind and recharge. Its compact size and basic amenities ensure that you stay within your budget while maximizing your Prague adventure.

Picture yourself waking up to the sights and sounds of Prague's central district, just a short walk from historical landmarks and bustling marketplaces.

The Space

The motorhome is located in central Prague 8, just a 10-minute walk from Florence and 15 minutes from the Old Town. 10 min from famous New Year's Eve fire show on Žižkov Hill. It has basic amenities such as a bed, mini kitchen with plates, spoons, etc., for making tea, pasta, or other simple meals. It also has a dry toilet and a gas mini heater that quickly warms the motorhome. The motorhome is designed for summer and spring weather conditions, so don't expect it to be super warm in cold weather. This type of accommodation is ideal for solo backpackers or two max. The bed in the motorhome can also be folded down into a table, so you can use it for work, reading, or other activities during the day.

•2 Beds one down and one bunk bed . Both of the can be folded.

•Mini kitchen with plates, spoons, etc.

•Dry toilet and mini bathroom with sink

•Gas mini heater with ventilation heat circulation

•Table (can be folded down from the bed), 3 side windows and 3 roofs windows ( one for bathroom)

• One working strong light

• Suitable for one person,but if you request you can book for two persons for extra fee .

that shower is not working and is not running hot water unless you make it hot in pot on gas stove.


Guest access:

You have access to all areas of the motorhome except for a few storage compartments designated for our belongings. Please refrain from driving the motorhome, as it is not allowed. With the exception of those restricted areas, the entire motorhome is yours to utilize.

Guest interaction:

Upon arrival, you will receive a personal welcome from me, and I will show you the motorhome and hand over the keys. I will be available to answer any questions you may have via phone or Airbnb Messenger, typically from 9 AM to 8 PM. I will also provide you with a list of recommended local attractions, restaurants, and other points of interest, ensuring that you have a memorable and enjoyable stay in Prague.

Other notes:

No running water:

Please note that the motorhome does not have a water connection. I will provide 5 liters of non-potable water for basic sanitation needs. If you require drinking water, you will need to purchase bottled water from nearby stores such as Billa or Albert. There is swimming pool AXA 5 min from motorhome and you can take shower, swimm or go to sauna there. In motorhome is not running shower.

Kitchen is for vegetarian or vegan food only:

The kitchen utensils in the motorhome are to be used exclusively for vegetarian or vegan food preparation. Please respect this as we are vegetarians ourselves. But anyway you don't come to Prague for cooking:)

Heater is sufficient for warm comfort, not excessive heat:

In cold weather, the heater will provide adequate warmth for comfortable sleeping conditions. However, it is not designed to provide excessive heat like in a hotel room. Please keep in mind that this is a budget-friendly accommodation.

Motorhome features Krishna-inspired artwork:

As devotees of Hare Krishna, we have adorned the walls of the motorhome with beautiful illustrations of Lord Krishna. If you are not comfortable with any form of spiritual imagery, this may not be the ideal accommodation option for you.

Limited electricity supply:

The motorhome's battery powers the main light, fan heater circulation. Please refrain from using excessive power consumption. If you need to charge other devices, it's best to do so at restaurants or the Palladium shopping area, where there are resting rooms with phone and power bank charging stations. In case of power outage, I can exchange the battery the next day or run the car for an hour to generate power. To conserve energy, please limit power usage.

Noise from trams, cars, and late-night restaurants:

Please be aware that the motorhome is located in a central area of New Town downtown, which can be quite busy during the day and into the night. There is noise from passing trams and cars, and some restaurants may keep their music or outdoor seating areas open until late at night. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet stay, this may not be the best option for you. Nights are generally quieter, but weekends can be louder due to party activity.

Windows rollers for the cover are broken, but they still work and you can close it completely. It just doesn't look nice.

Entry:

The entrance to the motorhome is through the front door. The side door does not work properly, so the entrance is sometimes a bit narrow. If you are overweight, this may not be the best option for you.

Important Reminder:

Please note that while the motorhome is located in a safe area of the city with security cameras, we strongly advise against leaving valuable items inside. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. It is recommended to keep valuables in a safe place somewhere else or in baggage locker in near bus station or train station or with you. Also I can keep you more expensive stuff like baggage etc.. in my apartment for free.


Extended Rental Terms:

For stays of more than 5 nights, tenants will be responsible for providing their own water, cleaning the dry toilet, replenishing toilet paper, cleaning the premises, purchasing a new gas bottle if it is Finnish, and car battery electricity will be not functioning so you have to use light from candles or your own lights or exchange battery in light. Tenants will be fully self-sufficient during their stay

Cleanliness & Broken Things & Mistakes in Motorhome:

Please note that this motorhome is not for those who prefer an exceptionally clean space. While it is hygienically clean upon inspection, it is not exceptionally clean externally. There are small black spots on the floor that cannot be removed, and there are also black spots here and there on the white walls.

Everything in the motorhome works on a basic level. The dry toilet flush is functional but not of the highest quality. You can also use water from bottle I will provide to flush the toilet if you prefer. I will provide you with disinfection soap to maintain cleanliness.

The side door on the kitchen side does not look very nice and cannot be opened.

Please keep in mind that this is low-budget accommodation. You will not find this price anywhere else in the same location.
