The whole communication with them was through WhatsApp messenger.
I notified them the first night that the room was cold: The A/C was set to "cool" mode and it was not possible for me to change it. They sent me a video with the buttons I was supposed to press, but the control panel said that it was centrally locked. The next day I sent a video showing that it cannot be changed, and they replied that they would inform the team. Several hours later (at night) it was still not fixed, the room was freezing, and they answered that there was no staff available. Their advice was to turn off the A/C and close the windows, to prevent further cooling... It was only fixed after 2 nights.
