«The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. «I enjoyed my stay here. The check in process was very smooth and hassle free. The space was well furnished and clean. It also had everything you would need for your stay. There’s a washer and dryer which is very convenient as well as an air fryer and toaster. The location is also very much ideal for anyone who works at Howard University as it is a short walk away. «The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!»
