Our stay in Positano exceeded all expectations, thanks in large part to the incredible hospitality and local connection of the family. Vito, Frankie, Maria, and Mariena were absolute gems - their knowledge of the town and surrounding area transformed our visit from a simple vacation into an authentic Amalfi Coast experience. They shared hidden gems, recommended the perfect restaurants off the tourist path, and helped us navigate everything from boat tours to the best times to visit local attractions.The property itself struck the perfect balance we were looking for. The layout gave our group wonderful opportunities to gather and enjoy meals together on the terrace, while also providing those precious pockets of privacy when we wanted to retreat with a book or simply soak in the views alone. This flexibility made the stay comfortable for everyone, regardless of whether we were in a social mood or needed some quiet reflection time.And those views! Spectacular doesn't begin to describe waking up to the Mediterranean stretching endlessly before us, with Positano's iconic cascade of colorful houses tumbling down to the sea. Every sunset was a masterpiece, and we found ourselves constantly reaching for our cameras, though no photo could truly capture the magic.This property and its wonderful team have set the bar impossibly high for future travels. We're already dreaming of our return!

We stayed far too little in this earthly paradise! The villa is right at the entrance of Positano, just a few hundred meters from the town hall where we had to attend my sister’s wedding.The Fusco family was simply exceptional. They welcomed us wonderfully! Vito explained everything perfectly, even giving us tips for the rest of our days along the coast. Mara, their mother, and Franco, Vito’s brother, brought us delicious homemade limoncello and wine, while Giovanni, the other brother, who runs a small boat company, took us on a dreamlike tour along the Amalfi Coast. We’ve already booked an entire week for March 2026!!!The villa also offers extra services such as breakfast (huge and exquisite!) or the possibility of finding a freshly prepared dinner waiting for you upon arrival.If you want to live an out-of-this-world experience in Positano, this is the place. You’ll be surrounded by locals who still cultivate their own garden for themselves and their guests, and keep five hens that provide fresh eggs for your breakfast! I’m speechless!!See you soon!

Amazing villa!

The host family is incredibly nice and service is top notch. Espresso on arrival, a homemade bottle of wine one night, espresso delivered some mornings. Nothing but great things to say about them. The villa is gorgeous. The walk to downtown is a bit long, lots of steps (we managed doing it a few times with a 5 and 7 year old), but did not endeavor to attempt the walk back up. The peace of the villa so close to downtown is unbeatable though and both car service was easy. We did not try the busses, but there is a stop right near there. We would highly recommend this place and hope to stay again soon!

Even better than we expected

We found this property when planning our trip to Italy and the description made us decide that we would plan our vacation around a stay here. All I can say is that I cannot think of a way this stay could have been better. This is not a simple stay, this was an experience. We were treated like family and shared food, wine, stories with the whole family. The food was amazing from the amazing breakfast spreads to the pizza party that was unforgettable. We have already recommended this to all of our friends and are looking forward to planning a return trip.I cannot describe how enjoyable the entire trip was. The villa was clean, and Milena was amazing making sure we were comfortable. Franco was a riot to chat with and great and showing how the pizza is made from start to finish. Giovanni was great at the pizza party with stories and fun. Vito was an amazing host who made sure that we were having fun and to share his life experiences and ask about ours. Vito's wife and children were a joy to talk to when they visited. I suggest in the strongest way to book a trip and enjoy this experience yourself!

Family Vacation to Positano

We had the best Family vacation at this beautiful villa. The hosts were extremely helpful and the home is gorgeous. The view is more breathtaking than pictures can do it justice. The walk into Positano is crazy though. So many steps and not for the faint of heart. Definitely recommend this beautiful paradise.

Incredible setting for a wonderful vacation!

My group of 10 loved staying here! A huge and spacious villa. Everyone had their own bed and our three separate families even had separate quarters- but close together so that we were able to cook and enjoy a family meal together! The host family, particularly Vito, was very helpful and accommodating. They provided us with some complementary products of the villa garden and chickens. Waking up each morning and being able to sit on the balcony, overlooking the sea and the town below, and just enjoy a cool breeze, wonderful view and some breakfast complements of Vito and his family. The villa is incredibly well appointed (and with wonderful air conditioning!!). The walk to town is beautiful and also a good workout. Anyone with mobility challenges should give themselves time to navigate the stairs to/from the road and for those not wanting to exert themselves, cabs are easy with generally a 15 minute notice when you call. Positano is beautiful and Villa Punta del Sol is an equally beautiful home base from which to enjoy it. Highly highly recommended!

Fantastic stay, genuine and familiar hospitality

we found a very small space in the reservations while we were on holiday in Sorrento. We tried in every way to book the villa a year in advance but it is always fully booked and as soon as this opportunity arose we took it. It is a wonderful, familiar place run by special people. Here you can still live an authentic experience. It is not in the centre (2 km) but honestly for us it was the best thing. We were in the tranquility and in the evening we went out for dinner in one of the restaurants that offers the free shuttle service. This is a special place

Positano Punta Paradise

This property is so unique and different. Enjoyed that the location was just close enough to walk to everything but far enough that you can get away from the touristy areas. Vito was great with communication and even helped us with all of our luggage. Our favorite was the pizza night which was not only delicious but also felt authentic Italian family night. We rented the whole house and it was divided up into three sections. Stairs are everywhere. Not only at this villa but all around Positano. We had a small ant situation but was cleared up quickly. Host response was great. Don’t hesitate staying here. Amazing!

Our entire group really enjoyed staying at this property. The views were amazing. Short walk to town. Family owned and operated. Wonderful common areas for everyone to get together. The host gave all us the info we needed since this was our first time in Italy for locations, excursions, transportation, events, etc. We definitely recommend this property for your vacation !

Beautiful villa

The villa was beautiful. We liked the location just on the edge of town, but you could walk, although a bit of a hike. Lots of hills and stairs. There are many stairs down to villa, but we knew that and were prepared. Vito is a fantastic host. Made us feel so welcome. Mom’s homemade dinner was great. The kitchen is well stocked and had basic provisions for the next morning, so you don’t have to go directly to store upon arrival. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Only 4 of us, but can easily accommodate 8.

Great Stay at Villa Punta Del Sole

Villa Punta Del Sole was the perfect place for our large group to spend a week on the Amalfi coast. Vito and his family were warm, welcoming and very helpful. We coordinated with Vito and his mum cooked us a beautiful dinner the first night we arrived! It was a favorite meal among many in our group during our entire stay. The location is a little bit outside of the town which felt more peaceful and a nice place to relax. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Positano!

Fabulous & Stunning!

My mom (bless her heart) booked this villa for three weeks through August and September. She always dreamed of a family vacation with all of her kids and grandchildren (18 of us). We all spread out our time and came and went with my mom staying the entire time. The villa is just beautiful, very spacious and clean. Vito and his family were wonderful and very helpful whenever we needed anything from car service and food suggestions. His mom gave us bottles of homemade limoncello that was put to good use...lol. The pizza party was a favorite and highly recommend that. You can cook your own meals as the kitchen is well stocked with pans, plates, silverware etc. or walk into town and take a taxi back......be prepared for stairs, stairs and more stairs. To be expected and we made it fun. On lazy nights we could walk a short distance and grab a panini and espresso from a food truck just down the road. Open late! Anyway, I could go on forever about this wonderful villa......... Thanks for everything Vito & Family! Hope we make it back. You were the best.

Fun fabulous villa

What a gem this villa is and the Fusco family are! We were a party of 12, 5 kids 7 adults and we couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. We arrived early but Vito was very accommodating and allowed us to use the pool area while we waited. The villa’s location is fabulous with views from almost every room, and plenty of outdoor space including a pool, which is rare to find in Positano. On our arrival we discovered that Vito had stocked the fridge with beer, wine and soft drinks not to mention the gin, whiskey, aperol etc (for purchase) which was a really nice touch, oh and we also took advantage of the offer of a keg of beer, nothing better than a cold draft beer on a hot sunny day. Vito also came over in the afternoon to give us a rundown of the best places for groceries, restaurants and taxi service which was very helpful. Like others have said it’s a trek down some 900 odd steps to Positano and sometimes we didn’t want to trek up, which wasn’t a problem as the buses and taxis are plentiful, oh and the villa has a deal with a couple of taxi companies that will only charge you €40, which is much better than the €80 we were often quoted. I have to mention the highlight of our stay which was the pizza party with the Fusco family, such a lovely nice welcoming and fun people, we had a blast that night, as we did many other nights too😉 Just a big thank you to Vito and his family 🙏 Tony

Heaven on earth!

What can I say about this villa and it’s location! It’s unlike anything we have ever experienced. The villa is nestled into the mountain side. The villa is exactly how it looks in the pictures. The views from the Villa are incredible regardless of the weather. During one of the days of ours stay it rained, and I enjoyed watching the rain from the windows. Vito and his entire family along with the animals (dog Ava and sheep) are incredibly sweet. The first day of our trip we be requested dinner from the menu that Vito provided. We are so happy we did that because not only the food was amazing. It lasted us for a few meals. We also requested a pizza party for our kids at the Villa. That was an incredible experience for my kids. They will cherish that memory forever. Making pizza in Italy with an Italian family, what more can you ask for? My kids ages nine and 11 loved climbing stairs in the Villa and in Positano. Vito recommended a taxi service for us to use from the airport and back, which was very helpful. We did a few excursions during our stay. Pompeii was a big bucketlist item that we were able to do. It was only an hour and a half away from the Villa. We spent four days exploring Positano and one day in Amalfi. Most days, we walk down from the villa to the city center or the beach spend the day in Positano city and then catch a Taxi back to the Villa. The villa was close enough to the Positano town center, but far enough from the hustle, and bustle which we appreciated.

Amazing!

Punta del Sole is perfect. My family and I had an incredible time visiting Positano, Sorrento, Pompeii, etc. and Vito’s home is the perfect place to stay! We would walk to town and back (the steps are a thing, for sure! But my 77 year old mother was able to do it, albeit slowly). There’s a bus stop just up the road, and taxis are available as well. One night we took advantage of a local restaurant’s shuttle service. The house is quintessential Italian villa. The kitchen is well appointed and what we didn’t have, Vito brought to us. It was too chilly to swim, but the pool was lovely and very clean- in fact, the entire property is clean and very well-maintained. The view is to die for. Sitting out of the porch, watching the sun rise and set, listening to the sheep, taking in the smells of all the flowers will never be forgotten. Vito and his family give you privacy, but are there to help when needed. They also provide a dinner for a fee, which we didn’t take advantage of because we all love cooking, but I would recommend. I would go back in a heartbeat and would stay nowhere else! The homemade limoncello and fresh eggs were the perfect way to be greeted upon our arrival. Thank you, Vito, and family!

Stayed 3 nights for wedding There was 11 of us total 8 adults, 3 kids. More than enough rooms for all of us , place could accommodate more!. Well equipped with staples one would need .Love that it has 4 bathrooms. A big pool and a jacuzzi we could have enjoyed both if it wasn’t raining .The pool table the guys used it a lot. One can walk to town center about 20-30 min. Sidewalks tiny, I feel it’s safer to take a taxi or the SITA bus. Vito and his family are easily accessible, they live in the lower part of the Villa. His mom cooked meatballs for us on day of arrival . A bottle of homemade wine and lemoncito completed our dinner.! Vito went over and beyond our expectations as a host. Wish we could stay longer, indeed a place to relax ,unwind and get closer to nature , find peace and no denying the existence of someone greater than us. Be ready to go up and down several steps , that’s Positano!!! The views Stunning , Breathtaking!!! Thank you Vito and family🙏🙏🙏
