The Neighborhood:
It will be located in the heart of downtown Porto, just a few steps from the city center, from which you can explore everything you want. Walk a few minutes and you’ll find yourself on Avenida dos Aliados, where you’ll be amazed by the architecture of the surrounding buildings. You can take a stroll to the beautiful Ribeira along the Douro River. Don’t forget to stop and enjoy some of the best restaurants and bars in the area.

Rua de Santa Catarina, the shopping hub of the city, is just a 10-minute walk away, where you can find almost everything you need.

If your interest lies in art, head to one of the more "hidden" parts of the city, Rua de Miguel Bombarda, and indulge your senses with unique artworks.

Around the apartment, you will find cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and paid parking.

Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a strict no-smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence of a violation of this rule (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, you will incur a cost (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7:00 PM. If the key is forgotten in the lock (technical intervention required) – price upon request.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for paying the extra.

The tenant is required to allow the host's collaborator to enter the property for inspections, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
