This charming 136m2 1-bedroom apartment, with an airy and welcoming atmosphere, flooded with abundant natural light from its large windows, is the ultimate haven for families and friends seeking a memorable getaway.
The property is located on the 8th floor and accessible by lift.

The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony to enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. 

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup effortless, as well as a washing machine, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs.

The tranquil bedroom is furnished with a plush king-sized bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. An ensuite bathroom adds to the space's privacy and convenience. A second bathroom is available, both stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Within walking distance, you’ll find a variety of shopping options, from local stores to large retail outlets. Matosinhos is famous for its seafood, and you'll have no shortage of excellent seafood restaurants nearby, offering fresh fish, grilled seafood, and traditional Portuguese dishes. The area also boasts a number of charming cafés and eateries serving international cuisine.

The nearby beaches, like Praia de Matosinhos, offer opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and various water sports. For those who love walking or cycling, the coastal promenade stretches along the beach, offering spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. You can also visit the Parque da Cidade, a large urban park that’s perfect for outdoor activities.

In the surrounding area, you can explore the Sea Life Porto aquarium or visit the Leixões Cruise Terminal, where you can enjoy the views of the harbour. The city is also close to the Porto city centre, which is home to landmarks like the Ribeira District, Palácio da Bolsa, and the iconic Livraria Lello bookstore. For a more cultural experience, you can also visit the Serralves Museum and the Serralves Park, both of which are just a short drive away.

The Matosinhos Sul Metro Station is a short walk away, making it easy to reach Porto city centre and other parts of the region.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Matosinhos Sul, is just a 12-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 13-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
