«Perfect location for exploring Porto. Hotel in old historic building, nicely refurbished and finished inside in combination of traditional and modern / artistic style. Staff excellent - Ajita who welcomed us on our arrival was so nice, polite and helpful that we felt comfortable and relaxed from the first second. «We arrived at the property and noted to be warm and somewhat humid inside the unit. We noticed that the unit is not blowing cold air. The fan was working well though. «The hotel is an old building but the rooms are very nice. Ours was pretty small with a balcony but perfect for our needs. Very close to sao bento train station and everything else is in walking distance. Some people complain about the lift not working but just remember to close the door completely when you step out and everything will be fine. »

«The hotel is very close to the centre of Porto and the nightlife area. I was a little worried about the noise, but there wasnt any. The hotel was very quiet and the rooms lovely and clean. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The staff were outstanding and could not have been more helpful, especially as were due to leave on teh day of the national strike and our travel plans were up in the air. «Das B&B wird mit liebe betrieben. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Es wird jeden Tag aufgeräumt und geputzt. Die Handtücher werden regelmäßig getauscht. Das Eigentümerin und ihr Personal sind nett, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist für ein B&B gut und reichlich. Da wir sehr früh aufgebrochen mussten wegen unserer Rückfluges haben sogar ein Frühstückspacket bekommen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es eine Anzahl von Bars und Restaurants. «Fantastisk plass og kjempehyggelig vertskap. Alle som jobbet der ville det beste for oss. Nydelig frokost med lokale varer og ofte hjemmebakte kaker (takk Claudia). Beliggenhet utenfor sentrum i stille omgivelser og privat boligområde, men fin gangavstand langs Douro elva (15-20min.) til Ribeira. Vi var der i 14dager og har ønske om å komme tilbake neste år.
