While the washing machine in our unit was unfortunately out of order, we were pleased to find a functional alternative available in another unit. This provided a convenient solution to our laundry needs.Overall, we found the accommodations to be good and convenient to activities in the area. «Perfect place!! The 2 levels offer privacy if needed. Love the Master Suite area upstairs. It was extremely clean with state of the art appliances. The towels were plush and the shower was great. They even had special dog towels. On top of all that, the location was outstanding. Pretty much a 5-10 minute walk to Woodstock and anything you need. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will definitely stay there again.»

We could not use the refrigerator, as it smelled of rotten meat. We asked for a refund and were denied. We were not offered a partial refund. We were offered a complimentary night stay. «Great proximity to all the best spots in wine country! The place was comfortable, clean and convenient. Our only two downsides were that the sprinklers always seemed to be going off whenever we were outside on the patio and the gun club that is nearby starts shooting at 8am and that noise is constant. Otherwise a great homebase spot for doing tastings.»

«It talks about a private entrance but it isn't because there are multiple rooms in the basement of this property that get rented out. I had hoped to have a private getaway and instead i was greated with a shared entrance and steep shared parking on gravel. Also, when you walk into get into the door there isn't an indicator as to which key box your code is for. The "doors" to each room/space is just a sliding glass door.
