«This apartment is quiet and local, it's very close to the Metro and works perfectly as an escape from the bustle, and as a base to see Paris. We stayed with our family (2 adults, a 16 year old, a 9 year old) and were very comfortable. There's stairs plus a loft bed accessable via a ladder, so it's not for people who have difficulty with access. Overall it's fabulous. We would stay again without hesitation.»

Great location, with transit, good restaurants, drug stores, chocolatiers, boulangeries, food markets, and everything else a traveller needs within footsteps. «Wonderful place right in the heart of things. Spacious and all the necessities. The pics on the listing need updating: there is now a hallway between the bedrooms, and you don't have to traverse thru one to get to the other. The washer/dryer sure was nice to have. We were 2 couples, and note that it's not that private when it comes to bathrooms that have two thin windows in between them. All-in-all a terrific place with historic bones and a killer view.»

«The property was exactly as advertised. It's in a quiet courtyard, but you're a few steps away from dozens of restaurants and shops. It was perfect for two people. However, with two large suitcases, it was a little crowded, although we were really in the apartment to sleep. We had a minor issue with the wi-fi that was quickly resolved with the help of the property management team. They were awesome. I recommend this property and would stay here again.»

«The apartment was as described. On the third floor, but not difficult to reach (even though I am on crutches). In Paris one does not expect apartments to be spacious, but this was more than adequate for two. (For four it might be rather cramped). All the facilities that we required. The Belleville area is a lively district, and the Buttes Chaumont are lovely.»

«This apartment was so well-located within a couple minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a variety of restaurants, bakeries, and other conveniences, such as metro and RER stations. While I wouldn't necessarily call it a "luxury" apartment, it was clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a kitchenette and a living area. «Great location near 2 metro stops. Very quiet and secure. Clean. Mattress on bed (which is a sofabed) was soft. Just know the Apartment is very small. Two suggestions: a coat hook by the door for wet coats and a new nonstick frying pan as the one there had the coating peeling off.»
