«The host was EXCEPTIONALLY flexible and reasonable when booking. There was a change in scheduling on my end and the VRBO platform was a trainwreck. BUT! The property host came to the rescue! The apartment was clean, safe, private, and easy to access. I got a great night's sleep in the king-sized bed. I really didn't use the amenities since I was in town on business- in and out. It was so nice to have a hassle-free experience.»

«Getting in and finding correct place wasn’t easy but once you find it you can’t forget because it’s the only building with Lowe’s tape all over it. Up three flights of stairs and kinda sketchy neighborhood. If you need a fan or darkness in your bedroom to sleep bring your own fan and an eye mask. No fans and lights from outside into bedroom. If you like ice bring your own. They didn’t even have ice trays. During the day the air conditioning wasn’t keeping up and their coffee machine was not ...

«Let me start with the positives - the unit was clean and the pool area was nice and fairly quiet. The owner was responsive to messages. However, there were a few things that led to three star rating. The property is not well maintained. The inner main doorknob falls off whenever you turn the handle, the refrigerator/freezer leaks and there’s a puddle on the floor every morning, and the closet door knobs were loose and the primary bedroom ceiling fan can only be on when the overhead light is on ...
