«I had a very disappointing experience with Blue Horizon Lodge. The location was infested with rats, and they had gotten into our food, leaving bites and feces everywhere. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Despite not staying there after the first night, the owner refused to provide a refund and simply didn't care for customer safety. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues. I want to inform others so they can make an informed decision before booking here. ...

«Centrally located in the village. Pool was nicely heated. Room was updated. Not a fan of the memory foam bed though. This particular room is near an exit door that can be a little loud.»

«The room was dirty, felt uncomfortable sitting on anything or walking without shoes on. The door has clearly been broken into and was poorly fixed. Using the keypad lock is not ideal when the door needs to be fixed and it cannot lock properly. Also there's no extra locks or latches to lock the door.»

«Clean rooms and a stream line process. This location is close to everything. We stay at this establishment every year and love it. We will definitely continue being a customer. »

«We were disappointed with our stay due to multiple problems. Check-in was super frustrating, we never received the expected text for mobile check-in, and when I got through on the phone they told me you can only check in through text. They can’t do it over the phone, which makes no sense in a mountain town where cell service is spotty. It took almost half an hour to get the text then go through their online system to finally get another text with the code. A creek was actively flowing directly ...

«The room did not have a lot of amenities. Some basic necessities, such as an iron, an ironing board, and a coffee maker were not included in our room. The bed was very unstable and shifted when someone sat down or lay down in the bed. The ground at the foot of the stairs was dangerously uneven and with the puddles of water and snow, it was very dangerous. The lobby area had an unpleasant odor. It could’ve used air freshener and maybe some fresh flowers. For the cost of the room, I would’ve ...
