«I booked a stay just for 1 night and confirmed everything. Got the receipt, cabin number, door code. Etc, early the day of the check in. Drove up there to find out that they double booked our stay and could not accommodate us. We drove 2 hours with 2 babies with us to find out that we can’t stay to a cabin that we wanted. I still appreciated the offers of atleast getting us alternative stay to their property or other properties, but it’s just really inconvenient and waste of time not having what ...

«In general, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The trip was in the beginning of April so really it was between seasons. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There were issues of noise after hours. However, they were responsive to the noise complaints. The cabin (Cabin 7) was clean and comfortable. The toilet did have a small leak but not bad enough to ruin the stay. The pans may need to be replaced. The skillet in the kitchen had a small bulge on the bottom which created a ...

«The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner made loud, weird noises all night and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The shower was very dark and awkward, especially for anyone over 5’6”. I’m 5’10” and had to squat to wash my hair. The WiFi was terrible and would barely connect. The location was fabulous though. »

«Honestly way better than we expected! Love the close walk to the village and the lake. It was enough distance that the hotel was quiet. Louie the manager is incredible! We had a great long weekend stay and will be coming back again. The community living room is a nice touch and great for my fam and I. The other guests were very friendly.»

«Same-day booking with same-day check-in. When we arrived, there was no office or property manager on site. We had to call to check in, which was easy enough, but their advertised 24-hour service was not accurate. There were no clean towels provided, so we couldn’t shower the first night. I didn’t get towels until the next day after driving to another property they manage to find someone in person. The WiFi password was also not provided, and no one answered calls or messages for hours. There ...

«The lodge is right on the edge of the lake and they have barbecues and picnic tables. The room has refrigerator and microwave a little balconies. There’s a little coffee maker and they have a continental breakfast in the morning of cereal and a few pastries with some fruit. We thought it was an exceptional value for the price.»

«We were greeted warmly by the staff despite being 4-days on the PCT and carrying some of it with us. 😄 The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure and shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion were high quality. I would absolutely recommend the Vintage Lakeside Inn to other PCT hikers looking for a break in Big Bear.»

«nobody vacum the room and we found a hole in the door that later i lost my deposit because i did not report the hole in the door. The cabin was so comfortable and nice for 3 people. Television nice and breakfast so healthy. I like the Natasha cabin. I will take it again.»
