«The resort is beautiful, the service was outstanding, the FOOD and DRINKS were amazing, every meal was excellent. If you plan to stay at the resort all day the all inclusive is a must. My only complaint was the restrictions on how to use your resort credits, it was impossible to use, so call the resort and ask because Expedia doesn’t give you that information »

The beds were comfortable enough. The bathroom vanity was terrible shape, with broken tiles with mold and the cabinet looking like it had been in a flood. The breakfast buffet was decent. The pool was nice.»

«The place was nice when we arrived. There was an issue with our room. We did not have electric electricity for about two hours when we arrived. We arrived there at 4 PM and the power was out due to some construction and it was not back on till 6 PM. The staff was pretty good they would follow up. The only thing that I disliked was the pushy sales tactics regarding a presentation that takes about two hours with a breakfast and they try to throw in some perks like a discounted massage. «We just got back from a 4-night stay at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta and had a really great experience overall. «This place is amazing, it was worth more than what we paid. The beds are new, hot water, clean nice bathroom and the property is just cool. Has its own private beach and most rooms have a view of the ocean. I would stay here again in a minute. The only potential negative is the place has a lot of stairs. If you are unable to walk stairs this place isn’t for you. If you can walk stairs this place is amazing and the staff super nice.»
