This was an outstanding stay. The staff went above and beyond every chance they had the properties, beautiful, quiet, and well appointed they had some of the best food of any of the restaurants we ate in and normally we regretted going down into the town to get charged much more with less service and quality of food the only issue with this place is that was deferred maintenance in some of the rooms. For example, the handheld shower holder was broken in my room. One of the lights was flickering near the doorway and the bathtub plug didn't work so I couldn't take a bath also, the first two days the phone in the room did not work. Also, it's a bit tricky. You cannot leave the property unless they let you out so we waited a bit hoping they would open the door, but I'd rather have this and have excellent security Omar and Pasquale were just wonderful no detail went unattended to for example I lost my embroidery needle and the hotel manager herself gave me a new embroidery needle within five minutes of me inquiring. Also, I was traveling with Family and one of my family members lost a dear item at a nearby restaurant. The hotel contacted the restaurant and then personally went to go retrieve the item that was lost.
