«We absolutely loved our stay, the only complaint is the jacuzzi didnt work and was always cold wgich we where really counting on after our long hikes to ease our muscles. But the staff was so friendly and amazing and eager to help. We liked the location as it was walming distance to the beach and the bis was close for easy transport around. «We were given the North Tower and we had a few bugs but nothing that really bothered us. Made sure to keep food in fridge and not out. No sun at pools until late and very hard to get a chair by the pool as there are none on the beach. Quite crowded. Food was good. Kids club was ok - we just sat around their pool with our little ones. had some sun there and lots of chairs so this was nice. Gorgeous view from the room and saw wales. Would not go back but I do love southern Vallarta.»

«The location is very well located on a great beach. Service staff are very good and responsive throughout the resort. The food was very good including the coffee bar. The gym was very well equipped. We did not use the spa because of the extra charges for the jacuzzi, sauna and steam…we felt these should be included for the room price. Pools were all very nice and maintained, never felt crowded. Our room was not cleaned properly when we arrived especially the bathroom, with hair in the sink »
