The concierge or security personnel will let you into the building. Take an elevator up to the condo, then enter with a private code to the main door. There's also additional codes for each unit.

A 5-min stroll to the crystal blue beach & a 3-minute walk to 5th Ave. Enjoy some cocktails on one of the 2 rooftop bars with $3 top shelf drinks! Our building has a private gym, kids club and an amazing spa where you can get a private 1-hour massage for only $25. One of the rooftop pools overlooks the ocean and has its own adults-only swim-up bar where the view of the turquoise blue water is amazing!

Take your pick of any type of fine dining food you could imagine. 5th Avenue is just a short walk where you will see and enjoy the amazing culture with lively street performances. You don't need a car because everything is walking distance - a short walk to the beach, shopping, events, shows and anything you could ever want.
Fly into Cancun Airport and take a 30-minute shuttle or rent a car going to the condominium. This amazing 5 story complex has a gorgeous lush interior garden, 24/7 security and a concierge to assist you with any questions you might have. Luxury high-end living is what you will get if you stay here: marble and travertine floors, contemporary styling, once you walk into the beautifully furnished office - take a short elevator ride up to our exquisite condo, and walk into the first set of doors. This condo is great for couples or a family of 4. Walk straight into the fully stocked kitchen, with granite countertops, a full kitchen offering plenty of prep space, drawers, and cabinets stocked with essential cookware and dinnerware, equipped with a stove, microwave, and full-size fridge, and all stainless steel appliances. Gather together in the sunlit living room with its high-end sleeper sofa and custom-built furniture. There’s plenty of extra seating outdoors and indoors! Step through the wall of glass doors and out onto the huge balcony offering spectacular views of the garden with seating and a hammock to relax and sip on a margarita. The open living room has plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV with Net-Flix and Amazon Prime, open to the kitchen, dining table and chair for 4. Walk into the gorgeously decorated King Bedroom with its own custom furniture and luxurious linens, with a private huge balcony, a wall of sliding glass doors, a large closet, and a flatscreen smart TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix. Across the hall is a large high-end bathroom with a wall of elegant tile. This unit sleeps up to 4 guests very comfortably. Family dogs are also welcome to join you for an additional nightly fee. This home also comes with a washer/dryer, so you can start each day of your vacation with fresh, clean clothes!
Our Wi-Fi is 100MB but there’s Wi-Fi at the bar and in other areas as well. You can join your zoom meeting anytime just like what I do when I’m there.
Being located on the exotic Riviera Maya, we are conveniently close to everything! Visit the Cenotes in the Jungle for a life-changing experience, swim in the amazing ocean, snorkel at the reef with incredible crystal clear blue water and swim with Sea Turtles, visit the Crystal Caves, get on a horseback ride, take a whale shark tour, or a luxury sailing tour, and go to one of the many private beaches and hot spring! There’s so much to do so book with us now!
Check-in is 3pm while check-out is 10am. We give a 30-min free extension but from 10:30am onwards, there’s a fee. After booking, we will send you a copy of our rental agreement as well as arrival and departure instructions, we also ask for you to provide a copy of your ID for verification. Parking is available in the property. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. You can call or text me in case you need assistance.

You can park in our private underground parking, spaces are not assigned. You may also park on the street.
- Early check-in & late check-out is allowed but for approval. There is $25 charge per hour.
- Great for families and children.
- Must provide a copy of identification with a picture.
- Must read and agree to House Rules & Rental Agreement.
- No illegal Drugs.
- No loud sounds after 10 PM.
- No parties.
- No Smoking. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in the house or anywhere on the property.
- Washer and dryer to be shared with LO unit.
- Extra guest fees are $10 per guest per night.
- Pet fees are one-time $25 plus $10 per pet per night.
- Dogs are allowed on the premises for a fee. However, they are not allowed on any furniture, beddings, or blankets. A fine of $50 per piece of item or furniture will be paid if it's found.
- Absolutely NO cats!
Not all of our properties accept pets. For properties where pets are allowed, here are a few rules to keep in mind. There is a 2 dog maximum per stay 1. Please keep dogs on leashes. 2. Clean up after your pet, please dispose of all waste in the trash. 3. Please keep dogs in our yard. 4. Pets must have an ID tag, rabies tag, and collar at all times. 5. Absolutely no pets on the furniture or beds. We will charge $250 if we find out. 6. No Aggressive pets. The Pet Deposit is $25.00, non-refundable and an additional $10 per pet per day charge. PLEASE NOTE : If Pets are brought to the home and no pet deposit is paid prior to arrival, we will charge as mentioned above plus a $100 penalty.
-Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver, as this will protect you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
