«The elevator on the property was not reliably functional, and during my stay I was stuck in the elevator TWICE. This property was listed as accessible, and as a disabled person I was relying on that elevator to get in and out of my rental unit.»

«The whole unit was well maintained and well equipped. Everything we could think of was provided and the property was very nice and well kept like a resort. We enjoyed our stay and will book again this time of year is perfect. »

«The property was fine for us because we were mainly in the Keys to go scuba diving. But the unit wasn’t very well stocked for a typical VRBO- no salt, exactly 4 spoons, 1 broken ice tray. The balcony was so tiny, only one chair fit. We also found an empty donut bag under the bed. It was fine for what we needed, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The property manger was very nice and checked in on us and helped us when we arrived late due to flight delays. »

«Everything was new, which was a plus, coffee maker was great, took awhile to figure the how the stove top worked and had some problems with the front door opening (probably the deadbolt receptacle needs to adjusted) but the host help straighten things out, so not a deal breaker, communication was very good. Probably would be a good idea to provide instructions on the stovetop, door issues and how the TV works, which was not user friendly to us anyhow. As a place to stay very clean and modern, ...
