«It was easy to check in and communicate. The place looked brand new and was very clean. Location to downtown was good, neighborhood was ok. To park, you have to take one of the side streets and then there is an alley way that takes you behind the units to concrete parking pads (each pad is big enough for 2 cars). Pillows could be more supportive, but that would be my only note, otherwise I think it was good value and very clean.»

«The Pina Colada was the perfect place for four adults to spend the week enjoying what FMB had to offer! Close enough to everything but yet it was quiet when it should be. Plenty of space inside and a great outside entertaining area in the front and back. Laundry room onsite was very clean. Offering a beach cart, chairs and cooler was a great idea by the owner. Bicycles were also available. »

«We absolutely loved the place. Hosts put so much thought into making the place feel like a tropical paradise. It is cozy but spacious enough for a family. The outside patio and hot tub were our favorites! Location is superb - we went kayaking in Don Pedro park, and to the beach in Boca Grande, both very short drives away. Katja was exceptional with her communication and responsiveness. We 100% recommend the place. »
