We booked two rooms, each for two adults and two children for 5 nights. When we arrived there was no beds for the children. The hotel says that the children can sleep in the same bed, but there was only one double bed and one couch. Usually when we travel there's beds for everyone, either a sofa-bed or extra beds. But this time they wanted to charge us extra for a bed, each night for 1800 pesos! I refused to pay. At the end they provided us one sofa-bed for free, and the other child had to sleep on the sofa. Otherwise, the rooms was nice and spacious, but you could hear the noisy traffic outside. At the restaurant, the service was way too slow. They even forgot one order, and she had to wait another 40 minutes. That's ridicoulus considering the amount of people working there. The next morning we saw a mouse running in the restaurant, and the staff acted like nothing happened. The third morning we ordered coffee, but it never arrived, so we went out and got coffee somewhere else. At the end, the reception staff were really helpful with solving our problems, and made our stay more comfortable...
