Upon pulling up to this property, you will be blown away by this mid century modern masterpiece and the curb appeal that this hidden gem has. In a secluded, mid-century modern neighborhood at the base of the mountain preserve.

Al Beadle designed home tucked on a corner lot with incredible mountain views! Stunning architecture and design with open courtyard with water feature as well as secluded backyard with freshly redone heated pebble tec pool.

Sitting on a 0.27 acre lot, and with over 2,000 square feet of livable space, the property has plenty of room for entertaining your family & friends.

Upon entering the house you are greeted by a gourmet kitchen and very nice living room which includes plenty of room for entertaining. Take a seat at the dinning room table and catch up with old friends.

As you head up the spiral staircase, you will find that the upstairs bedroom has the most breathtaking mountain views. You have your own king size bed (sleeps 2) and 55 inch smart tv, so go ahead and relax, you have earned it!

There is also another smaller converted room, which features a single day bed with pull out trundle that can sleep one in the day bed, and one on the trundle. Note, it is a smaller room, but we also included a mounted TV and it has a door which shuts for privacy.

As you go to the other wing of the house, you will find that the first room has two queen beds ( sleeps 4), a mounted TV, and direct access to the covered back patio/ pool.

Next up, thee is a private detached bathroom with a shower/ tub combo, and next door to that is the laundry room with the stackable washer and dryer which is yours to use for your stay.

Then we have the primary bedroom, which is very spacious with a king bed ( sleeps 2) and private TV as well, and included is its own bathroom which includes a shower and tub for you to relax in while you are on vacation!

The pool house has 2 entrances, one from the courtyard and one from the backyard as well. It features a brand new custom 3k pool table, arcade games, a 65 inch mounted TV for entertaining, a queen sleeper sofa ( which sleeps 2) and has a brand new split AC system to keep the room nice and cool while you are using it.

Entering the resort style backyard, you have multiple options to keep your group entertained. Some highlights include a brand new gas BBQ where you can grill and never have to worry about running out of propane, kicking back around the gas fire pit the cold Arizona winter nights, hoping in the refreshing pool, playing corn holes on the brand new turf, or catching a bocce game with good friends, we have plenty to keep you occupied!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, the pool house, & the resort style backyard which includes the pool, BBQ, covered patio, bocce ball court, & new pebble tec pool.
Other things to note
Pool heat is available for $50 per day, and please let Host know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date if you choose to heat the pool.

Backyard comes equipped with pool floaties, lounge chairs, corn holes, pool table, ping pong table, and much more.

No diving is allowed in the pool and no glass is allowed in the pool either***.

Pets are allowed at the property with prior host approval at a rate of $120 per pet with a 2 pet maximum. Guests will be fined $500 if pets are brought illegally to the property.

Please respect all quiet hours of past 10 pm daily and no parties or events are allowed at the premises.

No Smoking anything, anywhere inside the home and stay more than 15 feet from doors and windows. There will be a $500 fine if any smoking occurs inside the house.

POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool. Doing so will result in a $250 fine for damages

All guests understand that No lifeguards will be on duty.
