We booked this vacation with the intention of swimming and laying by the pool. We grocery shopped since there was a kitchen. But an hour after checking in, we got a message that the pool was closed indefinitely during our stay. After many back and forth messages with Cozy Suites, I was told we could not cancel, but would be compensated for the days the pool was closed. So we left right away, booked a hotel nearby, and had to throw away some of the groceries since we no longer had a kitchen. On the day we would have checked out, the pool was still closed, so I messaged about getting compensated and all they were willing to do is about 1/5th of the total cost. This was unacceptable to me, so I will be in contact with my credit card company and my attorney. Also - the parking app did not work, but they said that was not their problem. I am very unhappy with all of this.
