«Veldig rent og pent hotell. Pent bassengområdet , fint gym og bra rom. Positivt at Metromover som er gratis schyttle buss hadde stasjon rett ved siden av hotellet. Litt kjip frokost og lite service minded personale ved frokosten. Siste dagen kom vi 5 min før stenging, og vi ble da nektet adgang. Veldig dyr parkering, Parkeringspersonalet prøvde også å lure oss til å betale mere enn det taksten var. (Taksten sto på en plakat)»

«Only gave service 4 stars because you check in and out yourself, on iPads. Not a bad thing, but did not get to test the staff much that way :)
Perfectly, albeit small, room for singles or couples who do not mind others being in very close proximity to the toilet. Loved how I controlled everything through app or iPad in the room. Bed was a bit hard, but perfect for me.»

«I am writing this review as honest as I can. I believe it's my responsibility to share the incompetence that we met in Miami during our stay at this hotel.
Now, this is supposed to be a nice and luxury hotel located in the center of Miami. It was expensive. Way overpriced compared to the quality and service. Our family went on a 7-day vacation and three rooms at this hotel was around $9000. That is a lot of money for a standard hotel.

«Very wonderful place. Only 2 issues. I felt the room needed a phone to contact the front desk and I wish we were notified about the construction on the street in front of the building (which made it a little hard to find if you're unfamiliar with the area). Besides that, most things are in walking distance, the rooms were clean and well kept and the staff was very friendly and helpful»

«Nice view! Friendly (if not all that helpful) staff. Housekeeping didn’t refill toilet paper or shampoo, had to call for it. They were quick when we called. Didn’t refill cotton swabs either. I think all housekeeping did was replace towels, took out the trash and made the bed. Didn’t replace the bed linens for the week we were there or clean anything off the floor (we had a spill and cleaned it with a cloth, but it was sticky the whole time). «Check in was brutal, thhey didn’t get us checked in till 6pm we sat outside for two hours with all our luggage, and they were no towels for us no toilet paper. Called host didn’t bring us towels or toilet paper till next day. Check out day the cleaning lady stole my sun glasses I have it on a video of them sitting there come back to the room after few moments and cleaning lady is gone so are my glasses. Never ever again book with these guys»
