«Suite for family size group was spacious and accommodating. The front desk staff were helpful when needed but we did find the shampoo and conditioner dispensers empty and had to ask for hand soap. Convenient location and nice amenities. They even had the 2026 World Cup games on during the tournament.»

«Flott opphold på et fint hotell. Noe utfordrende med parkering som løstes med valet parkering. Litt problemer med nett, men dette fikk vi raskt hjelp med fra resepsjon. Fikk også veldig gode anbefalinger på frokostmuligheter i nærheten av hotellet.»

«I am writing this review as honest as I can. I believe it's my responsibility to share the incompetence that we met in Miami during our stay at this hotel. Now, this is supposed to be a nice and luxury hotel located in the center of Miami. It was expensive. Way overpriced compared to the quality and service. «No recomiendo este hotel. Te tratan mal en la recepción, la habitación sucia, las sábanas sucias. El parqueo del carro te cuesta bastante dolares la noche. Lo único bueno es la ubicación, pero hay otros hoteles ahi mismo muchos mejores. «Clean hotel. Not bad. But I’d say more like a lux 4* than a 5*…. Advised to park elsewhere as they charge a extortionate rate of nearly $90 per night and be prepared to wait upto 20 mins for your car. Food was okay but would recommend trying external restaurants. Decent overall stay»

«Veldig rent og pent hotell. Pent bassengområdet , fint gym og bra rom. Positivt at Metromover som er gratis schyttle buss hadde stasjon rett ved siden av hotellet. Litt kjip frokost og lite service minded personale ved frokosten. Siste dagen kom vi 5 min før stenging, og vi ble da nektet adgang.
