«Arrived the week after Mother’s Day. Despite calling ahead due to disabled child and being told a room would be ready arrived and the only room ready was a 200$ up charge. WiFi did not work the entirety of the stay. Hotel did not have washcloths despite asking for them multiple times. Room was still dirty when we entered with a tips and hair in the bathroom and stains on the sheets. The pool was nice and the location on the beach was good. They were out of the free gifts for the entire stay. Bar ...
