«Clean and cozy! We struggled with some of the "smart house" style features, but that was fun once we figured it out. A couple of the features didn't work. Owner was very responsive to questions and helpful. With cleaning fees and so forth it was pricey for the one night we stayed, a longer stay would balance that out.»

«Absolutely perfect for 4th of July weekend! It was just what we needed to unwind. The views are spectacular, we could see fireworks displays from all over the lake! Our neighbor also did quite the fireworks display! We will definitely be back! The space was so clean & comfortable, and every amenity you could ask for.»

«The host is great, knowledgeable and very responsive.However, the property itself is somewhat worn off, the ACs upstairs were barely functioning, all silverware is hidden (except plastic forks and knives). There is a playroom for kids upstairs, that is really nice if you are traveling with little kids. Great location that is close to everything, just a somewhat pricey.»

«Location of property is great if you're looking for a peaceful retreat. The proximity to the state park and the community beach makes it easy to go for a walk right from the house. You're also a 20 min drive from grocery, wineries, and breweries. House had all the basics that you need for a longer stay. Communication was excellent with host. Main feedback is that one of the beds is not very comfortable but that could be a preference thing for some.»

«Great property - right on the water. Really really enjoyed having a campfire on the stone beach next to the lake. Excellent night time lighting, just enough to illuminate the steps and docks without being obtrusive.Any questions or requests were dealt with promptly and professionally by Cate (management company).Cleaning crew does a fantastic job, house was nice and clean. The white bed linens were crisp and fresh. Towels all in great condition.Lots of extra's in the house - garbage bags, ...

«A group of 7 of us stayed the night before the prestigious Seneca 7 race. It was absolutely perfect for our stay and we look forward to staying again. The views from the bedrooms and living room were amazing. There were 7 mattresses total so everyone had the luxury of a comfy, solo bed. The kitchen was stocked with essentials. Lastly, the price for that number of beds and 2 full baths was a steal!»

«The gathering place is a beautiful property and location. The house was very comfortable and clean. The outside deck and hot tub were enjoyable!We did go in the basement to play pool but there was an extremely strong mold and mildew smell. I really don’t see how anyone could use the bed in the basement. All of the carpet in the entire basement needs to be pulled up.»

«We arrived to a power outage which was no fault to FLX. FLX was respnosive to all of my emails and the house was nice with a good enough location for our use. It was clean and well stocked with towels and stuff like paper towels and toilet paper - i rent a-lot of houses and this is surprisingly rare. I would rent again.»
