«The design of this hotel was absolutely unique to other luxury hotels we’ve stayed in. Using water features instead of landscaping made the whole stay feel more unique, and the first floor suite was gorgeous. All the employees were friendly and super attentive and helpful, and the personal concierge service was excellent and quickly responsive. Only small suggestion would be to have more pool chairs available, but it’s really a gorgeous property and a great stay.»

«Our stay was excellent!! Our room was a pleasant surprise-very spacious. The staff was outstanding starting with check-in through checkout. We were fortunate enough to attend both the Mexican fiesta and the beach party- had a fantastic time. The entertainment staff go above and beyond. I can’t remember all their names but Roberto, Leylani, Sarah, Rodrigo-all so friendly. Waiters at the pool were outstanding. We can’t wait to come back!!»

«I actually hesitated posting it because I almost want to keep this gem a secret :)
Checkin was smooth. We arrived at about 3 pm and were able to get into our room right away.
The booking site said every room has a balcony. We were put on the ground floor (obviously no balcony lol) I booked garden view by accident 😂. The room was a bit tired but lovely. Due to some unusual circumstances we were moved to a room with a balcony. It is worth the upgrade if you are pondering.
