Very clean and neat hotel with pleasant staff. Our view from the balcony was over a dirt parking lot, and was also noisy with a lot of traffic noise. However when sitting at the kitchen counter and looking out there are mountains in the distance and pretty city lights at night. I think the floor above has better views. We didn't use the pool during our stay as it is little small and awkward, with the restraurant built around small courtyard looking onto it. The restaruart is good and offers 25% discount to hotel guests. The kitchen is a bit under equipped for making meals. We had to ask for a kitchen knife, which was provided, but is fine otherwise. The bathroom and shower were spacious. Parking is easy and secure. Umbrellas and towels are provided for the beach. 15 min walk to the Marina and 20 to Medano beach. We drove 20 min to Chileno and Santa Maria beach, which were great but offer no food or drink, so be sure to take some with you. Be aware that restraruants chargd US prices for food and drink. Overall we had a great vacation in Cabo and think the hotel offers decent value for money.
