On June 18, 2023, my cousin and I arrived at this hotel after an exhausting trip hoping to be well received and rest properly. After checking in the front desk, we went to the room, which was very tidy and clean, but when we turned on the air conditioning, we noticed that it was not cooling, so we called the man who was in charge of the hotel that night. The man told us that he did not guarantee the air conditioning would work. I explained to him that without air I could not sleep since I suffer from bronchial asthma. The man told me he was sorry but he couldn't help me. I asked him to change my room and he told me that the hotel was full. I checked the hotel's capacity on the web and there was one room available, but he insisted on not changing our room. So I decided to contact the Expedia company to talk to this man and convince him to help us. All this happened between 12:00 am and 1:30 am. The man was so rude that I couldn't talk to him anymore. The man never went to check if the air in the room worked and he lied to the company saying that the air did work. In the end, no agreement could be reached with the gentleman and the gentleman recommended canceling the reservation. At 1.30 am we had to pack our things and leave for another Hotel that, thanks to the Management of the Expedia representative, we were able to move at no additional cost. This gentleman's attention was horrible. A tremendous lack of education and empathy.
