Ankom stedet med barn og ble sjekket opp av resepsjonist og ville vite hvor vi bodde og ville ha telefon nummer. La og til at det var mange pene damer hvor jeg kom fra. Var snill å frakte bagasje men følelsen var ubehagelig. På et barnevennlig hotell så burde man begrense alkohol servering til en tid. Mange voksne var full og ble servert alkohol selvom oppførselen var ekkel og ubehagelig rundt andre gjester og barn! Fler voksne var full før klokken var 18.00 og små barn måtte være våken til klokken var 01 på natten! Utrolig mye bråk! Løping og skriking i gang og i nabo rom så rommet var ikke lydtett. Holdt oss våken til nærmere 02.21 om natten! Bassenget og toalettene var skitten og skifte rom /garderobe var felles med menn og barn og damer. Rett og slett ekkelt når man ikke kan få privat liv og gamle pedofiler av menn står å titter når jeg og barn skifter!! Dusj sluken i badekaret på var tett på det rommet vi fikk. Ekkelt! Pluss siden er buffet selvom det skulle være mer varm mat! Og Arcade rommet og kinoen selvom vi ikke benyttet oss av den! Ball rommet er rett og slett skittent! Mat rester og snørr og dårlig lukt på leke ball rom for barn! Etter over nevnt klage til ny resepsjonist som er leder til disse respesjonistene så fikk barna trøst med en caps hver og litt bære hjelp til taxi. Creds til han!

Høst 2023
Mange som røkte utenfor soveromsvinduene. Mye støy og mye folk i fellesarealer og under frokost. Veldig fulle busser ved de fleste avganger til Disneyland. Service innstilt personale. Godt renhold og flott basseng/leke område

Greit hotell,kort avstand fra Disney parken. Shuttle buss ca hvert 20 min,kunne gått litt oftere.Renhold ok,men hotell rommet bar preg av at det var gammelt/slitt!Teppet på gulvet på rommet var svært skittent.

Flott badehotell nærme Disneyland:)
Hadde et fint opphold her, men husk egne badehåndklær, kan ikke bruke hotellrommets håndklær. Men får låne av hotellet for 2 euro per håndkle:) Anbefales for barnefamilier.

Helt OK hotel
Fin beliggenhet i forhold til Disneyland, gratis shuttlebuss fungerte bra. Fint badebasseng. Lett å få tak i mat, særlig pizzarestauranten falt i smak hos barna. Innsjekking fra kl 15,men vi fikk ikke rom før nærmere kl 16. Hotellet fremstår noe slitent. Generelt dårlig renhold,både på rom og fellesarealer. Ingen aircondition. Små rom. Dårlig utvalg til frokost. Vil du ha egg,feks omelett eller speilegg må du betale ekstra,og de tok bare kontanter,ikke kort. Et helt OK hotel.

Never again
Had a 3-night stay with family. Will not come back. Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Stains all over the walls, tooth paste in the sink. In desperate need of a renovation, with rusty taps and loose tiles in the bathroom. Two of our party of five also got bug bites during the night. No AC, only a ceiling fan that made a noise. Poor selection at breakfast. General vibe was busy and loud at all times. Only upside was the frequency of the park bus, but was shared between other offsite hotels and sometimes got packed.

Das Hotel könnte an manchen Stellen, renoviert und modernisiert werden. Die Unterkunft war aber für den kurzen Aufenthalt (2 Nächte) perfekt. Kurzer Transfer zum Disneyland. Das Schwimmbad, der Spielplatz (Out / Indoor) war auch ideal für unser 4 Jähriges Kind. Das Personal war immer sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstückbuffet und Abendbuffet war sehr vielseitig und gut. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wider kommen. Für uns war es perferkt.

Hôtel principalement axé sur les familles, l'amusement des enfants, les lieux pour les tout-petits. Thématique des pirates, des monstres et animaux marins. Respect entre les visiteurs, personnel très agréable et serviable, plusieurs langues parlées. Très larges plages horaires pour les différentes attractions internes (piscine, salle d'arcade, restaurant, billard, module avec piscine à boules, ...). Bon petit déjeuner.

Rooms were very basic. Could definitely do with some modernisation. Plenty of clean towels available and beds made daily. Breakfast was generally fine, although it was the same stuff every single morning. The shuttle buses were frequent and very handy to the Parks. Marco’s Pizza was tasty, although the menu was quite limited.

Very good for children, swimming pool open late. The only down side of our stay was the return shuttle bus from disney. No organisation, not good if you have small children. we ended up getting a taxi.

Convenient base to enjoy Disney. We had a hire car which worked well so can’t comment re shuttle. Rooms clean and tidy when we arrived but communal areas like toilet facilities and hallways outside rooms not in a good state.

The hotel itself was really good in every aspect, it was clean had food options and decent breakfast, only thing I didn’t like and it’s a big thing was the shuttle bus to the park, this shuttle serves about 6 hotels and sometimes you can’t even get on it it’s so busy don’t stay for the fireworks because you might not get back with around 200 people waiting for the last bus as we found out just lucky there was a extra one, as I said totally nothing wrong with hotel but they need to get there own shuttle bus or share with one other hotel not 6

The softplay area and outdoor playground were good. Our room had one window overlooking the bar/social area. Unfortunately you can't open the window. On our second night we complained about not being able to open the window. We were never offered an alternate room, though later on the receiption staff insisted that we did but refused it. On the same night the safe was broken. It took the handyman over an hour to come up to the room to look at it. He said he could come and fix it the next morning - it took two days to fix. On the third night, when we came back to the hotel at 9pm (having been out since 8.30am), the heating was on full blast and the aircon was switched off entirely so we couldn't turn it on. when we complained the receiptionist said that we had requested that (another lie). The room was so hot that our 3 and 6 year olds were crying. They offered us another room on a lower floor, but it was 10pm and we didn't what to haul everything to another floor. They said that there were no other rooms on our floor but after ten minutes of arguing one was magically available. The manager was rude, the staff were disinterested and the food in the Captain's Library was disgusting - cold chips and burnt burgers. They couldn't even get the order right. whatever you do, avoid room 9547. Oh, the shuttle service is always overcrowded with people fighting to get on.

Das Hotel ist generell renovierungsbedürftig. Keine Klima, Elektro-Heizkörper, keine Klohbürste, Badezimmer aus den 90-zigern. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es ist eher dreckig gewesen, vom Flur bis zu den Zimmern. Wir haben für 2 Nächte 400€ bezahlt 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder inkl. Frühstück. Summa sumaro überteuert für den Service der geboten wird. Frühstück war nur mit Schinken und Butterkäse ausgestattet. Keine Art von Eiern oder Würstchen, Bacon etc. Toast und Croissant gab es im Übermaß. Restaurant bietet ein Buffet für 30 pro Person an, dies war allerdings in Ordnung und lecker. Des weiteren gibt es eine Snackbar die auch in Ordnung war. Das Spaßbad ist wohl die Haupattraktion. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß. Die Umkleidekabinen waren auch sehr dreckig und die Duschen. Spieleraum ok. Zu den Übernachtungskosten haben wir noch 200€ da gelassen zur Verpflegung hauptsächlich, Spiele und Parkplatz. Ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen!

Stayed in a family room, the room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Kids loved the swimming pool although it was cold. The issue we had was with the plantation buffet, it was a really poor selection for the price and the service wasn’t good. The same with breakfast, only a continental option.

Explorers is an ideal location for the Disney parks and trains to Paris. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean. Facilities are outstanding for children, the water slides in the pool were very good as was the indoor soft play and outdoor park. There’s pizza and crepes, hot dogs and sandwich’s available with drinks. There’s also a bar area. The included continental breakfast was excellent, fresh baked rolls and pastries selection of meats and cheese, salads and various jams etc with plenty seating available. There’s a large supermarket 1.5km away, you’ll find all local taxi’s are a flat fare of €20 but and Uber was €12 you can walk it’s a straight road.

We had a late night check in and the receptionist was less than friendly. Other than that the hotel was as expected and ideal for our 3 night stay to go to Disney.
