Residenser i Papagayo-halvøya

«Great place to stay, beautiful architecture and the people working there.»

«. If you’re looking for a place to relax, unwind, and enjoy some downtime, this may be the place for you. However, the food was very disappointing. On my first night at the hotel, I met a couple who shared their experience with me. The first thing they told me was that the staff were not welcoming and that, if I planned to stay for a week and have a good time, I would need to lower my standards and expectations. Unfortunately, their comments raised concerns about the level of service, and I ...

«I stayed at Secrets Papagayo in October when the resort was at 60% capacity, so it was pleasantly relaxed and never felt overcrowded. I’d read complaints about the shuttles, and it’s true that the steep layout makes walking around difficult. However, I never waited more than 10 minutes for a ride, even at 1 a.m. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and my room’s AC worked great. As a former military guy, I’m pretty easy to please: give me a clean room and cold air, and I’m ...

«This hotel is a true gem. There is only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Playa Hermosa. All the staff are friendly and accommodating and the restaurant serves high quality and delicious food. It is safe, tranquil, and exceptionally clean. The tropical gardens are beautifully maintained and my stay was amazing.»

«This place is a little slice of heaven. Me and my husband absolutely fell in love with this place. From the amazing staff to the incredible food this place is the way to go. It’s more relaxed, family oriented. Perfect place to go and enjoy the beach in peace. The beach is just a very small walk from your room. We are already planning another visit in the future. We didn’t know what to expect our first time in Costa Rica but this place has got you covered. I’ll give Freddy’s Experiences a good ...

«The pool and grounds of the property were gorgeous, and the staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. Nice breakfasts made to order. The economy rooms are a bit basic, we decided to pay a bit more to upgrade to a superior room which was excellent.»

«Muy cerca de la playa.»

«Everything was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly!»

«We stayed here the night before our flight home, to be closer to the airport. Very much an ok stay. Pros: Good shuttle service to the airport. There's a pool. Dinner at the restaurant was good. Room was a good size. Cons: The hallway and especially our room smelled quite... musty? They all had wall-to-wall carpets, and everything was clean, but there was a distinct smell. Also, the breakfast wasn't amazing. All in all a very much ok airport hotel.»
