«My husband, son and I were in desperate need of a quiet little getaway for the weekend and this bunkhouse fit the bill perfectly. Jack and Rose were fantastic hosts and ensured that we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Rose allowed us to help her feed the animals in the morning and my son absolutely loved it. «This is a great place for two to getaway and relax. It rained for most of our stay, but we made the most of it hanging out on the front porch under the trees and watching movies late into the night. It is very quiet and has a secluded feel even though there are other cabins nearby. We'll be back.»

«Jan was a perfect host! She made sure all of our needs were met and even brought us Strawberry Cheesecake dessert! It was storming very badly the day we were to leave and Jan sent us a text to extend our stay if needed because of the weather. That was so nice because i was not sure we were going to make the 11am check out time with tornados in the area.»

«Loved this place. It was beautiful inside and out. They even had a disc golf course laid out on the property (although it was still being developed) Lake access to swim or fish, and a quaint little common area to sit and relax.»

«Each year my rather large family gathers around Christmas. Being that we are all from 3 different regions of Texas, finding a central location that will house us all comfortably with plenty a amenities has been difficult to find, until now. We had plenty of room, the kids enjoyed play outside and visiting the pond and hiking. We are hoping to book again soon for next year.»
