Set beside the Murray River, Parcoola Retreats is a secluded riverside escape created for slow mornings, long soaks and nights spent under open skies.
This purpose-built retreat brings together a modern tiny home and a lovingly restored stone cottage, offering a rare sense of privacy, space and connection to nature.
Sleeping up to four guests, Parcoola Retreats is ideal for couples, young families, or friends seeking a refined rural stay where the good moments unfold naturally. Parcoola Retreats is designed as a private retreat experience rather than a single dwelling.
The property includes:
• A fully self-contained modern tiny home
• A separate restored stone cottage housing the outdoor claw-foot bathtub and fire pit area
• Expansive decking with river views
• Complete privacy across the entire site
The tiny home features two queen loft bedrooms dressed in French flax linen, a well-appointed bathroom with rain shower and flushing toilet, and a light-filled living space that opens onto the deck.
The retreat is designed across multiple zones, with indoor living, expansive decking and a separate stone cottage, creating a sense of space beyond the footprint of the tiny home itself. Those with lower mobility may find the loft bedrooms and stairs harder to access. One bed is a 'floor bed'.
The stone cottage, just steps away, has been carefully restored to create a one-of-a-kind bathing and relaxation space, adding a sense of ritual and indulgence to your stay.

Children must be supervised at all times near the river and life jackets are recommended.

Parcoola Retreats has been designed with low-impact living in mind. We take care to reduce waste, recycle and reuse wherever possible, ensuring the river and surrounding landscape are respected and protected for the future.
