Villaen ligger 18 kilometer fra store Disney-temaparker. Etter en flott dagsmøte Micky og venner, kom hjem og svøm i det undervannsbassenget eller bare sug i bassenget ved bassenget, nyt dagens moro og la fantasien flyte ... Bassengområdet er inngjerdet for barnesikkerhet, skjermet og med overbygd Lanai. For soling i bredlys, komfortable solsenger, terrassebord og stoler er det for deg å fange Floridas solskinn!

Det er et biljardbord og et Foosball-spill - å spille noen spill etter en hektisk dag kan være en positiv tempoendring.

Det er en familievennlig stue med 42 'TV, DVD og filmer samt et rolig sittegruppe å lese en bok kanskje!

Det er en formell spiseplass samt et frokostbord for deg å planlegge dagen fremover.

Beautiful well appointed villa but it needs a good clean. Cleaning staff should have noticed the dust and dead insects near the bed in the master suite and the dust on the the doors and skirting boards. The bed valance was dirty and so were the tracks/runners on all the sliding doors. We were disappointed with the overall condition.

Property was easy to find and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed to unwind andnrelax after a long day at Universal! Very clean and well stocked. We had a question duing our stay and the host was quick to respond and was very professional. I would definitely recommend this property.

The unexpected

Property was good as far as upkeep but pest control not so much. I had issues with spiders, waterbugs, ants, and I had to move out second night because of a mouse. Which I have a phobia so that didnt go well.

Mums 70th birthday treat to Florida

We have stayed in Vila pearl four times now, absolutely beautiful villa superb host pearl and Doug always available to help if needed and there team, beautiful and quiet large pool and Lani, everything and anything you would have at home is in the villa, we had the pool heated and was lovely and warm the villa is set on a very quiet neighbourhood , and easy to find close enough for all the shops and restaurants and parks but enough distance to get back to the villa and enjoy the private pool and piece and quiet, we have taken the grandchildren here twice they have enjoyed the villa and had the time of their lives, this villa is just perfect and we look forward to having many more stays here in the future thank you again Pearl and Doug and your team for another fantastic wonderful stay in villa pearl Kindest regards Danny and Sherrie and all the Family

Great Place

We stayed almost 3 weeks and everything we needed was provided. Pool heat for this time of year was perfect, we were able to use the pool and hot tub daily. We had one minor issue with the toilet handle and maintenance was there within minutes to fix it. Our only suggestions would be to think about changing the family room furniture as its not very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home. We enjoyed our time there.

Short notice vacation

We booked the house within two weeks of travel. Communication with the property owner/mgmt was great. The house could use some cosmetic maintenance, the walls need painted and the carpets are quite disheveled and dirty. We had to clean the floors on arrival including the pool deck. There were quite a few insects in the house, however I do understand this is Florida but we haven’t experienced this many insects in previous rentals in the area. The pool area was large and where we spent most of our time. Overall had an enjoyable stay in this well equipped home.

The house looked good upon arrival & had everything we needed except roaches within the first 24 hours which had to be addressed twice during the first few days our stay. The property manager was responsive & we loved the neighborhood but the bug problem set the tone for a not so great & stressful vacation.

Great holiday

We had a great holiday in this quiet community. The house was very roomy and well equipped. The pool area was awesome and the pool well maintained. The property manager was very prompt. As well, the owner was pleasant to communicate with and responded in short order. We loved this house and would definitely stay again.

First family vacation

I really would love to give this a five star. In reality everything was great except for roaches. They had roaches and I called David the manager. He was prompt and did have a pest control person come out immediately the day I called him and had them do whatever they have to do for pest control. The roaches got worse instead of got better. I understand that it is a tropical climate and that it has bugs and I get that very much. Roaches are not the average bug. I had to leave our luggage outside when we got home so that I didn’t worry about bringing them home with us. That was my main concern about it. The only other thing I didn’t like was the pool person came without any notice and I was changing and I didn’t have the blinds close and that kind of caught me off guard and I did not like that part. Overall, the house is beautiful. We really enjoyed our time there. I loved how prompt David was and how he got back to me immediately and always answered the phone pretty much. I believe the house is beautiful. I did really enjoy my stay. I did love the comfortability of the home. I did love the access to Disney and Seaworld from the place. I really enjoy my stay, so I don’t want anyone to think that this is a bad place to stay it is not it is a good place to stay and overall the owner and the management company are really great people.

Bowers vacation

Another amazing stay at Doug’s villa absolutely beautiful and within reach of all the attractions are whole family enjoying every minute of our time there this villa has everything you need and more beautiful and clean and pool is fantastic the grandchildren absolutely loved it and couldn’t believe the surprise of going back again thank you so much again we hope to be back again soon Sherrie

Don’t waste your money on animal kingdom, this is all the wildlife you’ll need!

Insane amount of bugs in the master bathroom. I have literally never seen anything like it. Used bandaid stuck to bedspread on arrival. Had a lizard jump out of my bag at me. Took me 2 days to figure out how to get all the TVs to work and spectrum went out. Then the internet. I’d love to tell you the owner was understanding and apologized for the inconvenience, nope. Basically told us we brought the bugs with us. All 500 of them. I asked if we could move to another property, he told us he only owned the one we were at and one more that he was staying at, and that “he left so we could come stay” like he was doing us a favor. Property manager was wonderful. Owner was a nightmare. We paid full price and slept on the couch for 2 nights to avoid the insects. As long as you don’t run into any problems, house is great. But not worth the risk.

villa was in great location for parks and orlando surrounding area,villa had everything we needed especially the pool after along day at the parks. the only thing that let it down was the general cleanliness on arrival inside and out, pool area requires a good jet washing.this is something the management company need to address if it wasn’t for the cleanliness villa would get a 5 star rate ( as for the management company overall they were prompt at coming out if had any issues)overall would recommend villa for a stay in orlando

Good location, NO hot water!

The property was accurate to the listing. When we got to the property there was no hot water. The manager came out on the next day to relight the pilot light for the water tank. It kept going out and had to be relit every day of our stay. My family took multiple cold showers throughout our time there.

It was lovely

It was a lovely house. The listing was a little misleading as some of the rooms are said to be upstairs but it is a one story house. There was enough room in the house for everyone to have their own space when needed. There a very few personal touches in the house. It felt a little like a house and not a home. The pool was wonderful. The kids spent all of their free time at the house in it. We would stay there again.

Great Stay and Most Comfortable Beds!!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean and spacious. The pool and sauna were great too and with a toddler running around I felt so much better having the sturdy safety gate around the pool and the safety locks on the doors. The master bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and I was told the other beds were very comfortable as well. The home has pretty much what you need as far as dishes /pots and pans/ coffee pot, etc. We bought toilet paper, paper towels, etc. to last the week but we knew that going in and we’re fine with that. The owner Doug always answered all of my questions and was easy to communicate with, the same for the property manager. Check in and out was easy. We would stay here again!

Great property!

Ibis Hill property was perfect, close to everything. David was spectacular, had a couple minor issues, he resolved them very fast. Will stay here again. Wonderful neighborhood, great neighbors. I advise to walk around the subdivision, just beautiful. Thank you Ibis Hill we had a wonderful time.
