Magical Escape is a luxurious Orlando vacation home which has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 12 guests Your Sunshine Days  vacation starts right here, within the luxurious Storey Lake Resort in Florida. Only a short drive to Walt Disney World and Universal and superb shopping malls and restaurants. it’s perfectly placed to maximise your enjoyment in the sunshine state. 

 As you walk through the front door of this wonderful vacation home, you’ll find a beautiful color palette that starts from the foyer and runs all the way into your open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. the  state-of-the-art kitchen. Fully-equipped with everything you need like stainless steel appliances and granite countertops; you can make a meal either big or small with ease.

The dining room table has a sleek beige design that infuses a modern flare into the main living area. Finally, the living room with its large flat-screen TV and gorgeous sectional makes relaxing and watching your favorite show, extra comfortable. 

The five bedrooms in this home are spacious and themed to perfection; The Peter Pan, Aladdin, and Lion King rooms are all king bedrooms. There is also a Mickey and Minnnie room with full-size double over double bunk beds (4 double beds total), and the Harry Potter room with 2 twin size beds. 

Don’t forget to head to the  the Mandalorian-themed games room for some family fun   featuring air hockey, a foosball table, and  a PS4 please do bring your own PS4 games with you!

Storey Lake Resort
One of the region’s newest destinations, the beautiful Storey Lake Resort is filled with amenities for the whole family. Compete against each other, or other guests, on one of the many sports courts or through a round of mini-golf. Entertain the kids at the playground and then cool off at the splash park, while floating along the lazy river, or playing in the resort-style swimming pool. Enjoy the diverse amenities of the clubhouse which features a fitness center, business center, spa and Tiki bar. As the name suggests, this resort also features its own lake on which guests can enjoy via a fishing dock and the canoe/kayak launch.

Neglected with potential

This house has lots of room with fun themed rooms. We enjoyed having a personal pool and the resort pools. We ran into a few issues that tainted our stay. 1. Mold and grease all over the dishwasher. We could not use it for our 9 night stay. They sent someone to clean it with bleach, but the whole thing needed to be replaced per the technician they finally sent over on the 2nd day. 2. Mold in bathroom grout and in bathrooms. 3. Owners having a delinquent account with the resort, so we had disappointed kids waiting for correspondence to get it all sorted in order to go play in the included amenities. 4. The pool cleaning company coming and leaving the pool fence open in the back corner that isn't visible from the main living space. We kept the fence closed unless we were swimming but we found it open after the pool cleaner left AFTER our 1yo was out on the back patio. Thankfully he didn't go in and drown.So while the place seems surface clean, it needs a deep clean and mold treatment. It also needs a bit of attention to detail to make staying here more peaceful and enjoyable.

Property details

The property was as described. Could not get jacuzzi jets to work or pool lights - those inside pool (grandkids) liked it. Beds were comfortable. TVs very confusing. Pool area small. Did not know how to get fence open. No directions. Check in process was terrible. Very very long lines. Took 50 mins to get through first time. Cars speeding all through the property. Really could not walk to larger resort area. Those pictures make it look nicer than it really is. Would not rent again. Summary. House was fine. Location and resort not so much.

Fun Disney house

The house was great for our two families. Lots of room for everyone and never felt crowded. The kids loved the bunk room! It was about a 20 min drive to the parks. The wood floors upstairs made it so we could hear all the footsteps above us from our bedroom downstairs but we were getting up early everyday so not a huge deal. The only issues we had were the air hockey table didn’t work and the hot tub/spa never heated enough to use. The communication regarding the hot tub was not timely. Overall it’s a fun house, the neighborhood has a nice pool and lazy river that we enjoyed.

Great House Not Great Area

We loved the overall theming of the home and the amenities. Great space and pool felt larger than pictured. It was more than spacious for a family of 5. We were not impressed with the Storey Lake Resort area. To get to the home there is a gated entrance. Upon arriving, cars were backed up so far it took an hour to get through the gate once we arrived in the neighborhood. While this process was lengthier on the Saturday of arrival, there was a wait each time we came back to the house. There was only one person working in the check-in booth and it was a very slow manual process even after we received a piece of paper to scan for entry. This is no fault of the house owner but should be addressed as it was very frustrating. We appreciated the security but the process can definitely be improved. Also, times to parks provided in the listing were not accurate. All of the Disney parks and Disney Springs drive times were longer than listing even without the addition of traffic.

Family Disney/Universal Trip

Excellent accommodation for our family. Very convenient location to rest and take breaks between park visits. The kids loved the pool and the residence kept everyone cool during the Florida heat wave. Very nice community and we felt safe. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Great times!

Great home

We loved the property overall! The themed rooms were perfect for our Disney loving family! There was plenty of space for all 8 of us as well. The good: close to the Bronson club house; plenty of room in the house, very clean!!! There was a baby gate for the stairs, but only one- so watch littles. We did have to buy a pack n play for our 1 year old, but the Harry Potter room had the perfect beds for our 2 year old! It wasn’t five minutes from the parks, but it was still very close and avoided traffic getting in and out which was wonderful!! The meh: the stairs did creak pretty loudly so if you have light sleepers or little sit can be aggravating. The pool isn’t as big as it looked online, but still enough to dip and cool down in! At night it did get a warm. There are NO pool towels so if you plan on swimming at the clubhouse or house pack them. Overall I would definitely stay again. It was very much worth it!

Kissimmee Disney trip

Overall it is a good place- we would stay again. The house was plenty big enough. Three of the beds were king size and were great. The other two rooms were single beds (a bunk room of 4 and 2) so plenty of room. There were 5 excellent bathrooms. The pool is a little small outside for such a large house. The kitchen was fantastic and has a nice washer/dryer room. There was a game room in the renovated garage which has foosball and air hockey (but hockey table not fully functioning) and 2 PlayStation 4s. The stairs were noisy so we didn’t use them at night out of fear waking others. The neighborhood was nice - a gated community and lots of wildlife. Also, the community center 1/4 mile away has a little fitness center and a nice bigger pool and a lazy river and playground. Within 10 minutes you can get to many stores. With NO traffic- Disney is 15 minutes. Universal Studios is 1/2 hour or more and there is often traffic in that area.

Amazing Stay!!!

We loved this place! Exceeded our expectations and made our trip. We took our adult children and their significant others to Disney for an early Christmas present. This home was perfect! Great place for large family

The rental was as advertised. Plenty of room for everyone. A small issue or concerns. Parking! There is room for one small SUV and the second need to be parked sideways in the driveway. Not sure where you would put three cars? (No parking over sidewalks) House offered game room but unless you have playstation games the gaming system did not work. No instruction on how to use the gaming station. The house is just as shown. Plenty of room for everyone.

We had a great stay and the house was beautiful! It was a short drive to Disney but not located as close as the listing shows. It took about 20 minutes to drive to the Disney parks and you didnt have to get on Interstate 4 which was a plus.

Perfect for Disney family vacation!

Absolutely love the decor in this house! The kids loved the game room and the club house was a nice bonus for the days you just want to hangout and not have to travel anywhere. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation.
