I wanted to share my experience to help future guests make an informed decision. While the check-in process and initial communication were smooth, my stay unfortunately took a negative turn upon arrival.Shortly after getting to the property, I discovered that the shower only had cold water. I reached out to the owner right away but did not receive a response until the following afternoon. By that point, it was no longer helpful, as we had already decided to leave. After spending a full day at Disney, access to a hot shower was essential.Additionally, the condition of the linens and towels did not match the listing photos, which raised cleanliness concerns. The listing showed a bed with bright white sheets and a navy comforter, but what we found were noticeably discolored, faded linens. The bathroom photos also showed white towels; however, the towels provided were a mix of yellowed, white, and black, with visible bleach spots.We were also asked to keep the air conditioning set to “auto,” which would have been fine under normal circumstances. However, combined with the cold shower, the unit felt uncomfortably cold overall.Due to these issues, we made the decision to leave the property within about 20 minutes of arrival. I requested a partial refund given the circumstances, but I have not received any response since April 12.I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that these concerns are addressed for future guests.
