Tempted to leave 2 stars.
Hotel looks nice, however there are some serious issues.
1) Noisy!!! My room was very near the breakfast area. All the noise from people in that area permeates the walls. My first night the hotel allowed a very large group of (loud) people to congregate and party - they were making so much noise beyond 11:30 pm!!!! I’m thankful for a loud AC/fan to drown it out eventually.
Note: No I didn’t call the front desk - they obviously could hear it also and did nothing.
2) The convenience store next to the front desk is VERY price.
3) The only ice machine is past room 142 - a long walk to a dark corner. RIGHT next to the ice machine is a vending machine with water and soda which is HALF the price as the options next to front desk.
4) When checking in, the front desk requires several signatures on a digital screen (I have no problem with that)….. the first screen says the hotel is 100 percent “moke free”. I tried to point out that typo to desk agent, who could care less. Seriously? That makes your quality control seem non-existent.
4) The other reviews are accurate about a small breakfast variety and the same thing every day. The breakfast area is not large enough for everyone - it is a very small and narrow space. Many people have to eat in the lobby or take food back to the room.
