Had a blast!

Everything was nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was big enough for our family of 12. The everyone loved the pool! The house can use a little touch up paint here and there but seems like normal wear and tear. For us, it wasnā€™t too far from our normal ā€œgo toā€ stores (Walmart, Publix, and Dollar Tree). There is a $20 fee for a gate card so just an FYI. All in all, I would recommend this property.

Esta propiedad estĆ” sucia, apesta, hay cucarachas en las camas, cocina, y en todas partes, exponiendo a la familia. Tuve que llamar y nadie a echo nada por ayudar. Esta propietaria es una sinvergĆ¼enza, no da cara, dijo que venĆ­a a ver la propiedad porque ella tiene gente que le limpia y nunca llegĆ³. Yo me fui de ahĆ­ porque no estĆ” acta para rentar ya que no hay higiene ni mucho menos personas responsables.

Everything Went Wrong

First of All I had my Elderly Mother which I checked out of the nursing home to celebrate her birthday and it was storming they decided to pave the road directly in front of the vacation house and I had no access directly in front of the house had to walk A block in the rain with 2 trunk loads and my elderly mom no access all weekend. Second I paid for the Jacuzzi for three days $40 A day and it only worked 1/2 day that Friday night then one of my rooms had bed bugs that bit my Grandkids and I have photos I ask to. Be compensated reimbursed for something and no one responded to my request I think thatā€™s not the way you run A business and very inappropriate

Donā€™t rent here

This home was nice to the normal eye from the outside, but the ad lies, you donā€™t have access to none of the amenities of the home. You apparently have to pay extra for the hot tube to even be hot? Doesnā€™t make sense to me. The house was also dirty, big infested. Theirs was roaches in the kids beds, and fruit flys everywhere. The pool was extremely nasty, and their garbage disposal didnā€™t work. That apparently was an extra charge to use also. When the owner was contacted, her husband Kevin, called back and stated theirs nothing wrong with the home, they never had complaints before, but I clearly see other people who wrote similar situations. Itā€™s not worth staying here at all especially for the price. Also theirs cameras in and out the home. Which I think is illegal.

Wrong property listing - beware

The property was ok except for one major point - it wasnā€™t what I booked. I contacted the property owner the next day and she told me they have two properties at that same complex and she has mistakenly given me the wrong house. She apologized and offered a full refund. But that was 2 weeks ago and she has gone silent. She hasnā€™t provided a refund and she has not responded to multiple messages and a phone call. I am trying to work through VRBO to resolve it but I would caution anyone about doing business with this property and property owner. I hate leaving negative reviews but her lack of responsiveness and disappearance is concerning.

It was okay

The house could use a little more cleaning. The curtains in the kitchen and chandelier need to be cleaned. The house has a ton of rules and they will charge for everything. The home is beautiful and located within a nice community. I reached out to the owner and they stopped responding until it was convenient for them to ask me about a stuffed animal once I had checked out. The house is nice but we were so nervous Bc of all the rules and additional fees to actually enjoy ourselves.

Great multi family vacation home

Our multi generation extended family had a great stay at this house. There is plenty of space to spread out but there are also nice areas to come together for socializing, meals, pool time, etc. The home was super clean which made us feel very comfortable during this time of Covid-19. The welcome basket and personal note left by the owners was a lovely and much appreciated touch. I can't say enough about Karen, she responded timely to all of my questions before our arrival and during our stay and was very accommodating to extend our check out time by a hour. I've stayed at many other rentals and must say that Karen and this property are definitely our favorite in the Orlando area. I would definitely rent again and recommend.

Wonderful place for a family reunion!

We stayed in this beautiful house and from our initial booking through our stay it was a wonderful experience. The house is exactly as shown in the photographs. Nicely decorated, very clean and well supplied with a lot of room for big groups of people. We came to celebrate my parentsā€™ 40th anniversary and it was a great! The home was just as advertised and was a perfect fit for our family! We were a party of 13 and there was more than enough room for all of us. The owners were an absolute pleasure to deal with and they promptly responded to any of our questions. I have rented many vacation homes and have never had such a wonderful experience. The pool and hot tub were very nice and well maintained. The house is in a great location and very close to the Disney parks, Universal, shopping, golf courses and restaurants. I highly recommend Karen and her lovely house to anyone looking for a vacation home in this area. Just a wonderful experience! Thank you so much Karen and Kenny.

The stay was great but the aftermath was so dissapointing.If you want to be spied on,then stay here!

The property was very big and spacious. There were a few minor concerns such as: dead roaches in living room and bathrooms, a lot of flies would get into the property not sure how when the doors were closed, the wifi started failing, the owner entered the property while we were there posing as the wifi technician without disclosing he was the owner and the pool was dirty in the deep end. Despite these minor things, Our family had so much fun! The kids were able to enjoy the pool and the adults the spa, we did a cookout and loved all the disney decor throughout the property. The owner had a nice welcome set up for us with a few disney gifts as well which the kids loved! We left the property in the same way we found it. All beds were made, all decoration was put back on beds, all dishes were done and put away and all towels were washed, dried and folded. I even left the owners a thank you note with a bottle of champagne for them to enjoy. Thought it was a great experience overall! But then dissapointment came....I was informed the owners were keeping our security deposit. They first claimed we had 43 guests over at the property and they were charging us $25 per person after the 14th guest, which is ridiculous as 43 people dont fit into that property and i dont even know 43 people that i could invite to one place at a time. We do have a lot of kids so maybe they saw a lot of kids in the cameras they have set up to spy on the guests but thats about it. They clearly stated various times that they did not mind for us to have guests over the house and the owner himself went to the house posing as the wifi tech to spy on us and he saw there was just kids and family having fun, nothing else and he didnt say anything about it until it was time to return our deposit. Then they claimed we broke 3 things which i have asked various times what they were and i have never gotten a reply from them. They just wanted to keep our deposit and are trying to find excuses to do so. Like i said, we enjoyed our stay and i personally spoke to the owners at 2am one day when they decided to call and wake us up because they had anxiety about a bad experience they had with other guests. I told them not to worry and that had nothing to do with us. We respected their house and werent going to steal from them like the recent guests did. These owners are not ready to have their home rented to strangers. They currently live in the home full time and have had bad experiences before.

The best place to stay in Florida!

This home is bright, open and spacious! The owners were very diligent with our requests and needs. They went above and beyond for us! We would totally stay in this home again! The neighborhood was beautiful and friendly. Very close to Disney's attractions. Definitely a great house for your Florida stay!
