This hotel has been the best I have stayed at within this concept. The room was very comfortable, and the bed, linens, and pillows were clean and pleasant. It is an excellent option for families, and overall the property is well maintained.
The cleanliness of both the room and the hotel in general was very good. However, there were several issues that unfortunately affected our experience. The bathroom toilet was clogged; maintenance addressed it, but the problem returned shortly afterward, making it quite uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the kitchen floor felt sticky in certain areas.
Another concern was the bathroom floor, where several tiles were loose and missing grout. The tiles moved when stepped on, and I even suffered a small cut due to this issue. Although it was reported, we were unable to be relocated to another room.
Overall, this is a very good hotel with an excellent location, whether visiting the parks or the outlets. Unfortunately, these details prevent me from giving the stay an excellent rating, as they detracted from what could have been a nearly perfect experience.
