Honestly it’s a nice house but getting something fixed was exhausting. The door to the pool wouldn’t lock so having kids there that was a bit nerve racking until they finally came to fix it the door several days after we got there. The hot tub was warm but not hot until the last day, they had a pool company clean the pool which was fine until they put a hose in it to fill and made it cold for two of the days we were there. I purchased a golf cart way before we got there, I kept getting the run around about it being delivered until day 4 when I finally just said give me my money back and really I wasn’t mad til they gave me everything but 54 saying it was non refundable amount, well they didn’t deliver it, kept me waiting for days saying it was coming then to not get delivered. I was done waiting for them to come it was a huge waste of my time then to tell me all of my money wouldn’t be returned yep never again. So add ons are a no way not ever again. My family all own several businesses, from internet companies to radio stations and we all know costumer service very well and vacation together several times a year and this has got to be the most frustrating stay we have ever had. Nice area perfect for a quick run to the store.
