Maidstone Ct

We were a party of 8 persons and the house worked perfectly for our needs. The property was clean including the pool which was immaculate. Walls inside the house could use some paint and the dining room and living room furniture is getting a little tired and worn. Overall we had a great stay and providing the price was right we would use it again if we visited Orlando.

Nice property and resort

The location of the house was nice, no neighbors behind us. The area has become more popular in the last couple years so traffic was a problem most days we were there. The house had some issues, washing machine and freezer didn't work. It was nice to have the game room right next to kitchen/living area but there were no accessories to the air hockey table so we couldn't use it. The furniture in the house was worn and broken. The house could definitely use some paint.

You don't get what you see on cite.

Nothing was what it seems. The post pictures of the house was not the same in person. There were holes in the couch, pictures missing of the wall, showers didn't work, freezer didn't work, jacuzzi didn't work for first day. I would not ever rent again ever. It was my 50th bday. Will truly never 4 get it and not in a good way.

The WORST ever!

We arrived to the unit around 4:30pm only to find it filthy. The amount of dirt and trash that we found cleaning up was so upsetting. Trash can was half full of the previous persons trash. The bench out front had trash inside of it. Kitchen had white coating all over the counters - trash all over the floor, trash and blunt wrappers around and in the pool which was supposed to be heated and was not. Juice stains on the f base boards, the only thing that actually appeared clean was the toilets and the showers. The crib was also broken and we had to jimmy rig for my niece to be able to sleep in it. Arriving with all of our family and multiple kids and having to go back to the store to pick up cleaning supplies to clean the home that should’ve been cleaned was disheartening especially in these times of COVID. We contacted property management and the owners but didn’t get a response until the next day. By that damn time we cleaned it ourselves. Someone should’ve rushed over to actually do their job that should’ve been done prior to our arrival. AND THEN, they had the nerve to send a cleaning receipt following our stay which was crap! We cleaned the unit. We weren’t recleaning it when we left. I would never stay here or at any of their properties ever again. I also want to add I saw a bad review prior to our arrival that posted on 11/16 and I sent a message to the owners to ensure that the cleanliness and repairs were addressed and was told yes everything was in order. But clearly that was a lie. Stay at your own risk. It did fit 13 people Comfortably but nope.

Don't waste your money

I cannot tell you how dissapointed and disgusted I am about the home that we rented for out family vacation. I am not a picky person, but the accomidations were just not acceptable. When we pulled up to the home, we were greeted with a dirty maxi pad sitting on the driveway among other garbage that was strewn about the front lawn. When we got inside, we did not find the property any better. Cosmetically, the house had multple gouges, scuff marks, poor carpet, and torn couch. There were multiple lights that were broken and/or didn't turn on. The light in the downstairs bedroom had exposed wiring where a light should have been. The grill we paid "extra" for was covered with old food and a dirty spatula. There was blood on the walls, dirty curtains, and carpet that did not look like it was clean. The washer and dryer also did not work. Minimal to nothing was provided for our stay. We went to Target to buy hand towels, soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. We even bought our own pillows as we were concerned about the cleanliness of the bedding. The absolute WORST part of the house was that upstairs (where the majority of the bedrooms are) did not have any working air conditioning, even thought that service was supposed to be provided at this property. This property was SO BAD we actually decided to move to another home. Aside from one contact with the property management company, neither the owners nor the property management company have returned our questions or complains despite several attempts to contact them. I feel sorry for any other guest who will be mislead like we were. The pictures provided do not accurately show the property as it currently is. Many families scrape all their money together to give their children this exerience and to provide such poor quality is not only dissapointing but unacceptable. Learn from our mistake and do NOT rent this property or you will be very dissapointed.

Terrible Experience

Upon arrival, at 7:30 pm, the house cleaner was still there cleaning through house which was a disaster. The garbage bin was full. There were no clean towels. The fridge was still full of food. The bathrooms were not cleaned. When trying to contact the property owner, I was unsuccessful. The finally got in contact with someone from customer service. They suggested we wait until the house was cleaned (which did not occurred until ALMOST 10 PM. The pool was not cleaned and I paid an additional fee for heating. The property needs some tender loving care. The work orders they promised to complete the next day never occurred. We purchased our own towels and sheets. The laundry machine didn't work. The fridge was leaking. The pots and pans were unusable. I definitely will request a refund. I would rent at your own risk.

Beautiful home

I enjoyed my vacation and the house was beautiful. Location was perfect and the house was very spacious. My problems were with housekeeping. Dishwasher was broken, dirty pots and pans under cabinets, crumbs in fridge, food crumbs on stairs, gum stuck to baseboard, hair in one bathroom shower, jacuzzi not working. I emailed the property manager several times and sent pictures. Never got a response. Called the customer service and spoke with someone. They were supposed to send maintenance and housekeeping, NO ONE ever showed up. Have pictures to prove everything.

Team Bonding

Great place to keep my varsity volleyball girls from getting into mischief. They loved it and bonded well together. There was a bed that was broken before we arrived, but it was switched out the next morning. My suggestion is to have instructions for the TV’s close by.

Great place. Perfect for family of 10

The location was great and very close to all the major theme parks and attractions. Take advantage of the clubhouse and try to go early to get good seats. The only downside is the garbage situation since you have to leave it in the plastic bench in front of the house and was also annoying to have to put garbage bags in our car to throw out in the clubhouse on the final day. Overall highly recommend this place

Renting process was easy. Property was as shown in advertisement. Nice home pretty decor. Grounds or grass outside lots of trash in it. Lawn service cut grass but did not pick up loose trash. Trash service picked up trash bags but not all the lose trash scattered in the grass .

Great location and property

We needed a place close to all the parks that offered us plenty of room for the kids and somewhere we could relax on our non park days. The house was great and had everything we needed for meals (reserve a grill weeks in advance), entertainment, and downtime. The pool was clean and warm and we couldn’t keep the kids out of it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future when we come back to the area.

Fun week!

We loved the home! The property management company came right away to resolve an issue in the projection TV upstairs where the previous renter had switched up the cables on the switch box. The exterminator was there as we checked in to inspect for pests. Found one roach or palmetto bug in the kitchen during the week. The neighborhood is quite crowded with more vehicles than it can accommodate on such a narrow street. We had two kitchen chairs that we could not use because the legs were loose, making them unsteady for even a small adult. This issue was also reported by Jonathan in January 2020 and again by Linda H. in February 2020. We have also reported this to the property manager. The home was clean, the pool was immaculate and serviced mid-week. That was our main focus with the kids! Plenty of room for big families. We would return to this home!

Nice house

We all had a wonderful time while at this address. However, we had chosen another property and, I believe it was being renovated, were not told of the change. We also found 2 dining room chairs that had weak legs and we removed them to a closet so as not to fully break them. There was also the issue of bugs in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom above the kitchen. As we were leaving a very nice gentleman told us he was there to make the repairs. I am confident that they will be made and would encourage future guest to enjoy this property.

Great location, perfect house for large families needing provide bedrooms/bathrooms

This house was purpose built for large families with kids. My party was four adult couples and two babies. Each couple had their own comfy king bed and ensuite. Each bedroom had a flat screen TV with cable. One of the bedrooms went unused, and we easily could have accommodated 6 more kids. There are two separate hangout spaces with big couches and tvs; perfect for kids and adults. There's also a games room off the kitchen with a pool table. Awesome! Perhaps the best thing about the house is that the layout somehow meant that no one could hear our screaming baby. Each bedroom is separated by a bathroom so there are no shared walls. Brilliant! Location was convenient to restaurants, golf, shopping and of course DISNEY! The house comes with access to the shared Oasis Clubhouse which is a bit of a long walk but a very short drive. Lots of fun activities there. The driveway is barely large enough for two vehicles and no parking in the garage is permitted. Luckily, there are parking spots immediately across the street which is a huge bonus vs other homes on the street. Property management is excellent to communicate with. I left behind an expensive personal item and they immediately notified me and expedited the return shipping. We had just a few minor complaints that can be easily fixed/upgraded (and hopefully will be) by the owner. It seems that when it came to furnishing/finishing the house, it is mostly cheap/low quality. Specifically, more than half of the dining chairs pictured were broken/unusable for our visit. The knife block might as well have been provided by fisher price. The two large couches in the common spaces are without question the most uncomfortable I've ever sat on. The pool & hot tub, which we paid extra to have heated, were never hot enough. Although, that may have been a function of ambient temperatures in Florida in January. Cleanliness of the house was 10/10. Overall, I would stay here again, especially if they address some of the issues above. Thank you!

Nice home

Pool is only heated 8a-8p and we had to fill everyday due to evaporation??? Never had to do that anywhere else Game room is next to kitchen/living room and is open so it’s VERY loud Comfy beds and lots of room Locked gate is a pain, takes awhile to unlock
